Simple Solution That Makes a Huge Difference!
The Suptikes Door Draft Stopper has been an incredibly effective and affordable solution for eliminating drafts and improving energy efficiency in our home! As homeowners dealing with noticeable cold drafts under several exterior doors, this simple door sweep installation has made a remarkable difference in comfort while reducing our heating costs. The installation process was surprisingly easy and required no special tools or expertise. The adhesive backing creates a secure seal against the door bottom, and the flexible strip conforms perfectly to slight irregularities in our threshold and flooring. Within minutes, I had eliminated drafts that had been bothering us for years. What impressed me most is how effectively this inexpensive strip blocks air infiltration. The difference was immediately noticeable - cold drafts that used to make sitting near our front door uncomfortable have been completely eliminated. Our entryway stays warmer, and we're no longer constantly adjusting the thermostat to compensate for heat loss. The energy savings have been measurable on our heating bills. By sealing gaps under doors that were allowing conditioned air to escape and outside air to enter, our heating system runs more efficiently and maintains comfortable temperatures with less effort. The return on investment for this simple upgrade has been excellent. The flexible design works perfectly with doors that open and close frequently without interfering with operation. The strip compresses when the door closes to create an effective seal, then flexes out of the way during opening without catching or binding. This balance between sealing effectiveness and operational smoothness is exactly what's needed. The durability has exceeded expectations despite constant foot traffic and door operation. After eight months of use on our heavily-used front door, the strip remains securely attached and maintains its sealing effectiveness without any signs of wear or deterioration. The materials appear designed for long-term performance. The versatility extends beyond just exterior doors - I've also used these strips on interior doors to reduce noise transmission between rooms and improve privacy. They work equally well for sound dampening as they do for draft elimination, making them useful throughout the house. The low-profile design is virtually invisible once installed and doesn't detract from door appearance or create any aesthetic issues. Guests don't notice the strips, but they definitely notice how comfortable our home feels without drafts. For homeowners seeking an immediate, affordable solution to door drafts and energy loss, this door sweep delivers professional-quality results that improve comfort and reduce energy costs with minimal investment and effort.

Effective and Easy-to-Install Door Draft Stopper
As someone who has been looking for a reliable door draft stopper for quite some time, I am extremely satisfied with the Suptikes Door Draft Stopper. This product exceeded my expectations in terms of its effectiveness, ease of installation, and overall quality. The Suptikes Door Draft Stopper is designed to seal gaps between the bottom of exterior or interior doors and the floor. This product is made from high-quality materials that are both strong and durable. The weather-stripping is made from a flexible and resilient silicone material that effectively blocks out drafts, dust, and noise. One of the features that impressed me most about the Suptikes Door Draft Stopper is its strong adhesive. The adhesive is incredibly strong, and it firmly attaches the weather-stripping to the door, ensuring that it will not fall off or become dislodged over time. The adhesive is also easy to apply, and the product comes with clear instructions that are easy to follow. Another thing that I appreciated about the Suptikes Door Draft Stopper is its size. The product measures 2" W x 39" L, which makes it suitable for most standard-sized doors. Additionally, the product can be easily cut to fit doors of different sizes, which makes it incredibly versatile. In terms of effectiveness, the Suptikes Door Draft Stopper does an excellent job of blocking out drafts and reducing noise. Since installing the product, I have noticed a significant reduction in the amount of cold air that enters my home, and I can now sleep more peacefully without being disturbed by outside noises. Overall, I would highly recommend the Suptikes Door Draft Stopper to anyone who is looking for an effective, easy-to-install, and durable product to block out drafts and reduce noise. With its strong adhesive, flexible silicone material, and versatile size, this product is an excellent investment that is sure to provide long-lasting benefits. I give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. I can provide a comparison between Suptikes Door Draft Stopper and a competitive brand, based on customer reviews and product specifications. For this comparison, I will use the "MAXTID Under Door Draft Stopper" as the competitive brand. 1. Material and Durability: Suptikes Door Draft Stopper is made of high-quality silicone material which is durable and long-lasting. MAXTID Under Door Draft Stopper is made of synthetic fiber which is less durable and may not last as long as silicone. 2. Design: Suptikes Door Draft Stopper is designed with three layers of silicone, which makes it more effective in preventing drafts and noise. The triple-layer design also helps to keep out insects and dust. MAXTID Under Door Draft Stopper has a single layer of synthetic fiber which may not be as effective in preventing drafts and noise. 3. Size: Suptikes Door Draft Stopper comes in a standard size of 2 inches in width and 39 inches in length, which can be easily trimmed to fit any door. MAXTID Under Door Draft Stopper comes in a similar size of 2 inches in width and 36 inches in length. 4. Ease of Installation: Both Suptikes and MAXTID are easy to install and require no tools. They can be simply placed under the door, and the weight of the door will keep them in place. 5. Customer Reviews: Suptikes Door Draft Stopper has received high ratings and positive reviews from customers, with many commenting on its effectiveness in reducing drafts and noise. MAXTID Under Door Draft Stopper has also received positive reviews, but some customers have mentioned that it may not be as effective in preventing drafts as Suptikes. In summary, Suptikes Door Draft Stopper appears to be a better option than MAXTID Under Door Draft Stopper in terms of material and durability, design, and customer reviews. However, both products are easy to install and can be effective in reducing drafts and noise. Here are some useful tips and tricks to get the most out of your Suptikes Door Draft Stopper: 1. Measure your door: Before purchasing a Suptikes Door Draft Stopper, make sure to measure your door to ensure that you get the right size. Measure the width of your door and choose a draft stopper that is slightly longer to ensure that it covers the entire width. 2. Install properly: Installing the Suptikes Door Draft Stopper is easy. Simply slide it under the bottom of your door, making sure it is snug against the door. You can also use the included adhesive strips to secure it in place. 3. Clean regularly: To keep your Suptikes Door Draft Stopper functioning properly, it's important to clean it regularly. Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or debris. 4. Use on all doors: Don't limit yourself to just one Suptikes Door Draft Stopper. Consider using them on all doors that lead outside to maximize energy efficiency and keep your home comfortable. 5. Use in combination with other methods: While the Suptikes Door Draft Stopper is an effective solution on its own, you can also use it in combination with other methods to maximize energy efficiency. For example, you can use weatherstripping around your windows and doors, or install insulated curtains to further reduce drafts. 6. Store properly: When not in use, store your Suptikes Door Draft Stopper in a dry and cool place. This will prevent it from getting damaged and ensure that it's ready to use when needed. By following these tips and tricks, you can ensure that your Suptikes Door Draft Stopper is working effectively to keep your home warm and energy-efficient.

Better-than-expected way to solve the problem of short doors
I genuinely hate it when home interior doors are cut too short. Especially when paired with hardwood floors. Even a minor gap under a door allows sound to bounce around - not to mention light, wind, dust, and bugs. Sound is one of my biggest problems - because I genuinely believe that when you shut a door, you don't want to be able to hear what is on the other side. Years ago I started to experiment with using "door feet" mainly meant for outside-facing doors inside. These tended to require removing a door first, or more complex construction. They usually added a strip of metal and rubber to the bottom of a door, effectively creating a flexible seal. This product is like a more basic version of a door foot/cap, but it works by sticking a silicone strip to one side of the door. You might call it a door skirt or similar. The silicone is thick and spreads out into three strips closer to where it is designed to brush against the floor. Even though visually the design seemed perfect to me, I was highly skeptical of how well this product would actually stick and remain stuck to a door. The company even includes metal pin tacks which can be used to make the door skirt more permanently affixed - but with damage to your door. I've thus far installed about seven of these products both in this brown color and in white. To my surprise, the adhesive has remained intact. This is despite the fact that I used them on doors which move over carpeting. That means the carpet pulls on the silicone strip as it moves in both directions - creating more pull on the glue. I'm guessing I will have to replace the each few years - which seems like a small price to pay given how inexpensive they are, as well as easy they are to install. Installation requires a knife because you'll need to first place the fill strip along the door, and then cut it to size. This isn't hard, but requires steady hands a bit of patience to get right. Adhesive products such as this also require that you physically press the glued-on item to the based for a number of seconds to ensure a decent still. With that said, I can't see a skilled person taking more than 5-10 minutes to install one of these. While it isn't always possible to cover each and every little gap under a door, this product will probably seal up at least 98% of any gaps between a door and a floor that you are interesting in closing. I've even used one of these strips to close some small gaps that ants were using to enter my home under a door that opens to a patio. If your goal is to easily and effectively shut out sound and the elements under most home doors, this product seems to work pretty well, and blends in nicely enough so it isn't much of an eyesore. Not hard to recommend this.

Easy to use
3 doors needing seals. 2 old porch doors without thresholds allowed blowing snow to enter the enclosed porch. I put a seal on the outside and one on the inside of each door bottom. Sealed them up nicely, no longer feel the wind coming in. The front door sweep had been destroyed by the cat, so I I cut off the trailing/shredded bits and pieces and added a seal on the inside and one on the outside for added sealing. Although I was careful when measuring, after cutting they seemed an inch or so too short. But when I actually put them on, it fit just fine once the covering over the adhesive was removed. They come with matching thumbtacks in case you need added security such as on the ends. I accidentally put the inside seal too low and it scrapes the top of the carpet a little. Yet the adhesive on the seal is so secure, the end doesn't appear to be loosening at all with the pressure. Overall, a good quality product. Easy to install -- I eyeballed the level, was careful with my measuring. Soft enough to allow bending over the flooring where needed, strong adhesive, added tacks if needed. Update - Winter 2025. Originally installed in 2023 to keep out both rain and snow - these are our main entrance doors, heavily used. I have had absolutely no problems with these seals, put on both inside and outside of the doors. Because I installed it tightly to the outdoor carpet, I figured eventually the sticky seal might loosen. It has not - still like new and strong. I don't know how others prepared their surface that are having problems but I ensured it was super clean. Still have the tacks supplied, just in case but ended up not needing them yet. While you can easily clean any scuffs off it, mine DOES NOT collect debris. I would still highly recommend this seal because, for me, it lasts and was totally worth it.

Can't be placed by rug/carpet, only protects directly under door
If you are wanting a tight seal from door to floor, you cannot use this product if your door opens up to carpet or a rug. I can no longer open my front door without the rug being completely pulled and scrunched up by it. My choice is to either take the strip off the door (and waste the money I spent for it) or get rid of my entryway rug. I now would have much preferred to get weather strips that stick to the bottom underside of a door and the side of a doorframe. I purchased this product because I have a decent sized gap on the lower corner of my door (on the side where the door opens) and I needed it to minimize the draft and keep out spiders/snakes. Unfortunately with the way this product is made, it cannot extend that far and has to end before the door ends... but my gap starts just a 1/4 of a centimeter over. If I did place the product so it extended further, it would stick to the door frame and obviously with frequent use of the door, it would quickly lose adhesiveness and just hang there, completely defeating its purpose. So it's important to know that it will only seal directly under your door- not in the corner or side. Lastly, be extremely careful when installing. It's easy to install but if you place it just a tiny bit too low, your door won't open and if you place it just a tiny bit too high, you still have a gap between it and the floor so purpose is defeated.

Works great. Exactly what I needed at a great price
I bought a new house where the garage was changed to be a room. They kind of didn't go all the way with it so it's drafty and bugs get in. So every day I would use a moving blanket to block the air and any bugs from getting in the house since the door has a little over 1/2 inch gap. Long story short my dogs ruined the blanket so I wanted a more permanent option. I saw this and noticed it had good reviews. I've had it on for a couple days so if anything changes I'll update but it's been awesome. It went on super easy. No issues cutting it. I'm not using the tacks because it's sticking to the wood door really well. Added bonus, it looks fantastic! I'm really happy about that because I didn't really know what to expect. So use wise I really tested it. I put a fan on the inside and let it blow against it while I was on the other side and there was no leakage. That's basically everything you can ask for in this product. As a comparison I used a similar metal one years ago and I actually hated it. There's nothing I can think of that would improve the product because it works exactly how it's intended to work. To summarize the product works exactly as intended, seems good quality, and bonus it looks fantastic on my door.

Ok buy but not the best
This was easy to install but doesn’t keep all the air out, it blocks a lot but can still feel some coming through.
