Great value and nutritious

Many types of these bars are high in sugar content & this one is no exception. At the same time, if you want a quick "pick me up" type of bar you can carry in your purse or car that tastes better than many available energy bars that taste like cardboard, this may work for you. There are real nuts, oatmeal, and fruit in the bar, so they aren't totally non-nutritious. They hit the spot if you are stuck in traffic and need a calm me down bar, or if you notice a slump in your day and need a pick-me-up bar.
