Great Idea
I like the exercise bands, but it was a little hard to figure out at first, which angles to put the bands at. Once you get the hang of it and you get a routine it’s really a great exercise tool helps with speed helps build up with resistance, and I have a sore shoulder. It seems to be strengthening it when I just do lateral exercises.

bands are too short
bands are unreasonably short/tight and I'm not exactly weak, but they make it rather difficult to even punch

Definitely for the active person
Was late due to this Covid situation, but it was at my doorstep when I came home from work last night. Using it as we speak, building up my legs cause I play basketball. I'll use it again later for my martial arts and boxing training. I don't have anything negative to say about this and would recommend if you love to work out.

This is a MUST-HAVE!
Love this product! Great for shadow boxing and for getting a quality workout, especially if you have limited space or resources.

Pull my pants down
Pulls my pants down. Seems tightest (in a good way so far) at the legs.

Good product that's not for tall ppl 5'10" and over
Great item, but not for people 6 foot and over. I read reviews saying this but still bought it anyway. Low and behold they were true. Oh well, it'll be in my boxing collection anyway. Only buy this if your 5''9" and under folks. 4 stars for not accommodating tall people. Ignore the reviews about lack of set up instructions. No there aren't instructions, but that's because you don't need them...it's very self explanatory. If you can't figure it out, Google it, but that should come with some shame too.
