Works great for bread dough

Used these scrapers for the first time tonight making cinnamon rolls. Loved having them after I had previously made do with pancake spatulas. They made it so easy to handle the dough. Very happy with them. "The right tool for the job." I used these at the same time when transferring half logs to a cutting board that would fit in my frig to cool the dough before dividing it into 18 pieces. This size is handy but I am going to buy two more in a longer size specifically for this transferring step.

I needed something that would scrape cool food residue up or scrape it from the sides of the container it's in. This does the trick without costing an arm and a leg. It is plastic, not silicone so I don't expect it to hold up to cooking heat in or on pans so I won't try to use it that way. I chose plastic on purpose. It's just stiff enough with a little flex, washable, and has a beveled edge to divide soft foods like dough and ready-to-eat pizza. I have many uses for these tools.

For a "flexible" scraper, it is not very. Wanted to be able to use this for a bowl & dough bucket scraper but it is way too stiff. Returning it.

These are easy to maneuver and scrapes up dough nicely. They fit the contour of my bowl allowing a cleaner finish with little dough remaining. Love these to pick up where the metal scraper can't fit the contour.

I use these constantly! They are absolutely perfect for managing higher hydration doughs. They come in a pair, and I easily lift and fold my artisan bread dough. The curved side allows me to scrape every last speck of flour into the dough as I first mix everything together. The straight side makes c,meaning the counter a snap. If you bake bread often, I think you'll find these useful. And they're inexpensive, too!

These work okay, but are slightly more rigid than expected making it a little more work to scrape batter or dough out of a bowl. They have a surface texture that tends to hold on to tiny bits of flour and dough. They come clean fine in the dishwasher, but it’s hard to get them clean when handwashing because of the texture

I actually ordered these to shuffle my mahjong tiles. These are the perfect size for mixing those tiles. Not just for bread and scraping, but great for shuffling. Will probably use it for rummikub as well.

I order these dough scrapers and did not get the scrapers advertised. I got smaller much harder non flexible scrapers. Do not order these dough.
