What is the largest size this comes in.

This is the Captain Pro - which is the larger of the two sizes. The blade length is 2.7" - the entire knife folded is 4.75". The Crew Knife has a 2.3" blade and measures 3.5" closed. Pleas also note that the "Pro" models are serrated on roughly 2/3 of the blade - the non-pro are not serrated. I have had many different rigging knives in my life and this one is hands down the best.

Does this model have the easy open bump at the base of the blade?

not sure what you're referring to; but I am able to open mine one-handed by using my thumb in the shackle opening. Hope that helps. I'm very happy with the knife.
