Are these cardboard sticks or plastic sticks?

The cardboard sticks answer is wrong. All 1000 of mine have plastic sticks (thank God). Mike Adams worried me.....

It says that it's a tin drum but it just arrived & it's really cheap plastic. Why is it advertised at tin?
