Great tool
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This tool worked great. I had my tie rod ends off in 10 minutes per side. That beats hammering my a--off. Saved my a lot of time.

Solid product
This is a fairly basic air hammer. Steel body, inexpensive, uncomplicated. I think it's worth the step in price from a HF or CH model that costs like $10. I have used it to chip out floor tile and shower tile. Can also be used to break off rivets and old bolts. IR makes decent air tools, never let me down. Would be nice if it was US made.

Good buy, used to vibrate concrete molds
We use this to vibrate concrete molds to get rid of the air bubbles. Love the valve control and how it feels. We start with low vibration and increase as we pour. Also used to cut a trench in concrete to add wires. Would buy again.

Ingersoll Rand 116 Standard Duty Air Hammer
Im not a sheet metal mechanic, I mainly use this to drive my screw extractor (wood pecker, old man, whatever you want to call it). Used it once and found the trigger really sensitive and hard to modulate - it might be me since I don't usually use this a lot or the tool needs to be worn in. All in all it does what I wanted it to do and it was at a good price at the time.

Made the job easy
Like many others I got this to remove tile. It did the job very well. I plan on using it to remove a lot more tile but that's not gonna happen soon. But it's definitely the right tool for the job
