Hi there, The ingredients are: sugar, rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, maize flour, buckwheat flour, raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), thickener (xanthan gum) IT IS FREE FROM GLUTEN, MILK AND PEANUT. Hope this helps.

Hi, what are the flour, egg and oil ratios please? I can't read it on the package image. I'm concerned I'll end up with a greasy sponge.

I have made this many times and only a small amount of oil used. I use olive oil because it is healthiest. Sometimes I separate the eggs and whip up the whites to fold into the cake mixture at the end. This makes it lighter. It is the best GF cake mix I have found. Mostly I make a fresh fruit pudding. I.e. fruit on the bottom and then cake mix on the top.
