Quality is good but packing very bad damaged & scratches in cooker

This pressure cooker is perfect for small families. It’s lightweight, heats up quickly, and cooks food evenly. The build quality is decent for the price and it’s easy to clean. Handles are sturdy and comfortable to use. Overall, a good value for money product for daily cooking.

The product is clearly defective. It continuously leaks water and fails to build pressure, making it unusable from day one. One of the key reasons we purchased this product was the claim of a 5-year warranty, expecting reliable after-sales support in case of defects. However, the entire support experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. First, the customer care phone number provided does not even work. We then had to send emails and were asked to fill out a lengthy form just to register a basic complaint. After all this effort, your representative called only to suggest that we replace the gasket ourselves. Frankly, this is unacceptable. What is the purpose of advertising a 5-year warranty if the customer is expected to troubleshoot and replace parts at their own expense and inconvenience? When we clearly explained that this is a defective product issue, we were then told to personally visit a service centre for replacement. This is equally unreasonable. We purchased the product through Amazon expecting a standard customer-friendly replacement process, where the defective item is picked up from the customer’s home and a replacement is delivered directly. A customer should not have to spend this much time, effort, and money chasing support for a product that arrived defective in the first place. We expect an immediate pickup and replacement/refund without any further inconvenience.

I. Bought this product around rs 500, so as perthe price okay, and the whistle for this cooker is not of steel it's full of plastic, first time seeing plastic whistle, have seen only cap of the whistle plastic but here body of the whistle I made of plastic, average product if needed for short span can go for it, long term I don't think it will survive the ha dle get loose often and need to tight it bolt.
