I am very happy with the response received from Lucky Masale. Unlike Everest Shahi biryani masala, this "Lucky Chicken Biryani Masala" is finely ground powder with one or two cinnamon sticks, bay leaves and dried plum. The flavour of the masala is also good and the price is comparatively lower than Everest Biryani masala.

Just like everything else these days, the quality has been compromised despite hiking the price, why do companies resort to this sort of behaviour is beyond me. They've simply only added more red chillies, reduced the prunes and cardamom and changed the original taste!

I have absolutely no doubt this is the best Biryani Masala in the Market. I have been buying this product since 2005-06 & taste of this product is not changed. My biryani without this masala is incomplete. Masalas of other companies like Everest, MDH are nothing in front of this. I recommend this product whole heartedly for your Chicken Biryani. GO FOR IT !

I'm hwite so take my opinion with a grain of himalayan salt lamp, but I had great success with this spice blend. Lots of whole spices like cinnamon and bay leaf and a generous amount of dried prune. The resulting dish was punishingly hot, way too spicy for anyone else in my Irish catholic family to eat. Just how I like it!

Le spezie hanno il giusto mix ed il risultato finale è eccezionale. Il gusto è abbastanza piccante, com'è giusto che sia, ma credo sia importante questa informazione per quelli a cui potrebbe dare fastidio. La confezione contiene 5 scatole con una busta di spezie ciascuna, molto abbondante e adatta per un kg di pollo (io ne ho usata mezza per metà dosi consigliate sulla confezione)

Makes easier the cooking and simple.

I am a newbie in Indian food cooking. I found making a recipe from spices in my pantry lack luster. I was so happy that I found this seasoning package for Chicken Biryani, which is my favorite dish. This is my third purchase. The flavor is authentic and not too spicy. The price is reasonable as well. The only downside is the need to pick out the large spice pieces, e.g. cinnamon bark, from the finished dish, if you prefer.
