Simplifies conductor arrangement
When you don't place RJ45 plugs on cables for a profession, it can be challenging to do on those occasions when it becomes necessary. These plugs make it easy by allowing the wires to pass all the way through the plug so you can verify they are in the correct order before crimping the plug. Great product!

Easiest jacks to work with for RJ45 terminations
Easy to use. Cleaner cable terminations. The only thing I forgot to order are the jack boots or covers so that it secures the jack to the cable. The crimped jack can still easily be pulled out. If you install in an area where users will mess with the cable or unplug it regularly I can see that the cable might be pulled out of the jack if it is not reinforced with a boot or jack cover.

Reliable and sturdy
Works well. I work for a small business who often does low voltage / network termination and these have worked well. Free tip!... Beware of cheap Chinese imitation if you plan on using a ton of these and and don't want to do double the work.

Hard to push quality Cat6 wire through
I found myself wasting lots of time trying to fit a set of 8 wires through. Crimping a Cat5 was a snap, but moving up to quality Cat6 is nearly impossible. Save your time and stay away. Update: After stretching the wires and aligning them in order, use a good cutter to cut them straight and it'll fo through no problems!

As long as you buy the tool also, this makes creating cables super easy

Ends keep failing; embarrassing
The ends fail to crimp snuggly on to the Superior Essex Cat6 cable, I have to wrap black electric tape on the cable for the connector to crimp on to without any play/movement. I also have experience that the crimp connectors don't make a good connection in the RJ-45 jacks. Really have to push them in for all the pins to make contact. Majority of all my connectors fail my Fluke cable tester, stating that the 7th and/or 8th wire is broken. I have used two different crimper (Klien and Platinum tools) and I get the same issue. For the price of these connectors, I would have thought the quality would have been better.

Very helpful if you are training new guys in wiring.
We had a large cabling job to do recently. This quicken up our installation times with the ability to see the individual wires outside the connector before it was crimped. Very helpful if you are training new guys in wiring.
