BEWARE-MUST BE PLUGGED TO AN OUTLET
Oh God, where do I start? The instructions does not read correctly. It literally looks like someone didnโt spell check it. And they are not in the appropriate sequence. My biggest issue is with the battery that come attached to the motor. 1st- you cannot unattached the battery to charge it, you must unmount it from the wall mount, which means unhook the bars and remove it (thankfully my father was nearby and could help me. I donโt know how I wouldโve done it by myself). I noticed that when I went to charge the battery the light was green which I would assume means that it is fully charged (the instructions do not specify what the green means), so I mounted it to the wall and finished installation with my Dad. Once I was done and tried to use it, I noticed that the motor was not on. It didnโt show a channel or anything. I had to unmount it and Plug it back in to charge. As you can see in my video the battery is charging it but once I unplug it , it shuts back off. I charged it for another 2 hours and the same thing happened. I am so annoyed because now that means that the motor will not work unless it is plugged into an outlet. For the amount of money this cost, the battery not working is ridiculous. What if there is no outlet on the wall it is mounted on? Also, there is no customer service available.

BEWARE: No after sales service
Bought this and it worked ok for a while. Remote started giving problems and eventually one of the motors stopped working. Reach out a few times to help, but they never responded. Now i'm stuck with it and only 2 working rollers. Avoid

Not bad but could be better!
I was so excited to finally move from the manual chains and started looking online for the remote controlled ones. B&H and Adorama didnt sell them anymore. I was lucky to find them here. The box arrived (super heavy) and inside, it looked like everything had been opened. I mean almost every tiny screw and anchor was all over the bottom of the box ( I should have taken a pic).. Anyways, I was hopeful that I wasn't missing anything but it was iffy, considering how the inside of the box looked. I figured I could never do this myself so I called around and another photographer mentioned a maintenancer worker in her building helped her. She got his number. I called. He agreeded to come at 11am to help me. I waited and waited. Called and he mentioned getting side tracked but was on his way. Waited and waited more and then realized it was just not going to happen. I refused to leave the studio without having it installed. I had a shoot the next day and Dag on it, I wanted this thing up and working! LOL. I looked around for install videos and found a few. I went to home depot to get new screws and a drill bit and wanted to see if I really NEEDED that metal crossbard that runs horizontally. The ones on Amazon are like $50 each (well past my budget) and the PVC one in Home Depot are $17-20 each. I opted to use the hard paper roll at the core of the seamless background paper instead of buying a cross bar. After watching the install videos, Im happy to report a successful hanging! Im just a bit concerned that the units wiggle (they came like that) and I have no way of tightening them up.

Good but bad remote.
I definitely like the ease this system brings. I have brought it 3 times already for my studios. What I hate is that the remote can be unreliable , 2 remotes have already stopped working and I canโt find it sold separately online so I had to buy a brand new system just to get a remote.

Looks just like monfrotto, but the plastic is a much poorer quality, when you tighten the knobs the gripper slips and wonโt turn the weight of the 3 meter paper rolls

My photo studio. There is no youtube video that would show how to configure it or make it work. For the moment it does not work. There are 4 motors that react to the command and stop immediately. I don't know how to make it work... I don't know what's wrong with it?
