I cannot say enough good things about this creme hair dye. Firstly, yes, it's darker than the box shows. But that was why I bought it. I wanted a warm, darker, rich brunette tone to overlay the current too-red hue I've got. I normally use John Frieda foam in a variety of the darker brown, redder shades and they've just really been talking flat and not covering evenly lately. They also haven't been giving me the gray coverage it used to. So, I decided to give this a try and it's now my go-to. I love that it comes with an aftercare shampoo so you don't have a bunch of residue. I love, love, LOVE the conditioner. My hair was silky and full of vitality immediately after coloring. Once it air dried and I could see the color... It's absolutely gorgeous. Rich, even, vibrant tones of deep chocolate brown without being too brassy, ashy, or red. Perfection. And the gray coverage? What grays, again?

I recently tried L’Oréal Paris Excellence Crème and, honestly, I’m pretty pleased. First off — the color is exactly what I was hoping for: rich, even, and it actually covers my greys without leaving patches. I’m picking up a shade that blends perfectly with what I already have, and I can confidently say this time around I don’t look like I’m three weeks past root touch-up day. Surprisingly, despite it being a permanent box dye, my hair didn’t feel like it got “fried.” Usually after these kinds of all-in-one kits I feel like I just stripped my hair of moisture and texture, but this time I felt… normal. The strands still felt soft, manageable, no weird crunchy or straw-like finish. It didn’t feel like the hair dye torched my scalp or left me irritated — a big win in my book. Application went smoothly — the crème texture is pretty user friendly, it didn’t drip all over my shoulders or make a huge mess (always a big plus). After rinsing I used the conditioner/mask that came in the kit and that helped seal in the look and keep things soft for the next few days.

I am really happy with L’Oreal Paris Excellence Crème hair dye. The color covers gray hair completely and lasts a long time. After using it, my hair looks darker, healthier, and honestly makes me look younger. What I liked most is how clean the application is. The color does not spread or stain the skin, which makes the whole process much easier and less messy. The cream texture is smooth and easy to apply evenly. I also got it at the cheapest price I have ever seen, which made the purchase even better. For the quality and results, this is excellent value for money. I am very satisfied and will definitely order more in the future.

Great hair, curler product, doesn’t damage the hair Ellie is it soft and shiny. This is the only brand that I would use.. I highly recommended it.

I normally get my hair coloured at hairdresser. I have deep ash blonde “base” with multi highlights. Dreaded ruining my hair with home colour. Beautiful colour. My hair feels fantastic. Roots (grey) for 25 minutes then worked the colour thru my hair for 3-5 minutes. Grey covered. Multicoloured hair. Great. Toned down any brassiness with pulling colour thru my hair for minimal time. The pre-root conditioner is great. Pulled thru bottom 1/2 of my hair.

I ordered 4 boxes & they came late, i was disheartened, however when they came i was very surprised, it covered my copper hair dye and looks and feels great, no runs or mess in the bathroom and i only needed to use 2 boxes this time so coverage is great, i hated the smell while applying, but it soon go's when you wash and the shampoo an conditioner is very refreshing, my hair is glossy and healthy, my new go to hair dye for sure.

I haven’t used the product yet as it didn’t come with any gloves which was frustrating.
