These are very sturdy and have a soft close. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quick release latch on the hinge, which makes installation easier because you can disconnect the anchor piece and screw into the cabinet frame without dealing with the weight and awkwardness of the door. Then you can separately attach the hinge section to the cabinet door, and easily latch the hinge and attached door onto the anchor on your frame. This means you can also easily disconnect and reconnect the door in the future if you needed to remove it for any reason and without having to unscrew anything.

All I can say, once I don't return it, it is solid and reliable. Trust me!

Purchased two 165 degree hinges for where the door attaches to the frame. This product does exactly what it is supposed to! Now my lazy Susan opens all the way! Great quality. Does NOT appear cheap or flimsy. Only gave 4 stars because there were no installation instructions. I have never installed cabinet hinges before. I looked up a few videos and figured it out. This was not a new cabinet so I already had predrilled holes from the old hinges to use. Note that you might need a different hinge where the two lazy Susan doors meet. I was already happy with that hinge and only needed to update the frame hinges. The originals were not the correct type for a lazy Susan. Overall, I am very happy with this product.

Fit very well and held up

I had been searching for these hinges for weeks at various hardware stores and home improvement centers but had been unable to find them in stock. I was starting to lose hope but decided to give Amazon a try. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Lazy Susan Cabinet Hinges available on the website and even more pleased when they arrived at my doorstep just a few days later. The hinge was exactly what I needed and was easy to install. I was able to complete my cabinet repair project with no issues thanks to this hinge. This was a perfect replacement for my broken DTC-branded hinge, which was marked with the following codes on the back: "HOAQ 21A", "TA35". I didn't have to drill any new holes; the screw positions were identical (approximately 48mm between the two screws around the hinge cup, and approximately 34mm between the two screws on the mounting plate). The product didn't come with any instructions. I'm not sure how you're supposed to figure out bore distance and mounting plate placement for an initial installation, but since I was looking for a direct replacement for a very similar existing hinge, this worked perfectly for me. Time will tell if it's sturdy and reliable. I will try to come back and reduce my rating if it ends up breaking more quickly than what it replaced.

After looking at similar hinges I bought two of these as replacements when one hinge on my bi-fold cabinet doors broke. Bottom line: these worked, the cabinet doors are back in operation, and these were slightly cheaper than other alternatives. On the other hand, they came with no instructions. I had to measure the pieces to determine that each required a 1 3/8" diameter hole cut in the backside of one door, since the old hinges were of a different style without the inset holes; distance from the edge (3/16") was an estimation that turned out OK. Also, the hole has to be just deep enough to seat the hinge, but not so deep as to penetrate the front, so it required careful, incremental depth stops. I have a drill press and the correct type of bits, so it was not difficult, but for someone who isn't familiar with cabinetry or doesn't have the tools (I would not try that with a hand-held drill), this could be a show-stopper. In addition to the missing instructions, only one of the hinges came with screws. A small issue, but again, if the old ones didn't work (they did) and you don't have a box of odd screws, it means a trip to a hardware store. I recommend these if you have some woodworking experience; however, I don't believe they rate "Amazon's Choice" labelling.

These work quite well

I have an IKEA kitchen that was installed about 25 years ago. Guests broke a hinge on the lazy Susan corner cupboard and I couldn't find a replacement through IKEA. I checked online and found this product. It looked similar but I wasn't sure if it would work. I live in Japan and the total cost for two hinges came to almost $100, but I was desperate. (I have cats and they were already "nesting" in the corner cupboard.) I read the reviews for the product, which were positive, then decided to take my chances. The hinges were easy to install (important for me since I am not a DIY person) and the cupboard door can be closed again. Despite the cost, I am VERY happy with my purchase. Thank you!

Update: Bought a second one for another cabinet, original is holding up 2 years later. I recommend it. Very sturdy, standard part. Feels more solid than original that broke. Easy to install. Very happy. Came quick if that matters.
