Can these be played easily by color blind folks?

I can't see how they would be able too, it is ALL about colors and very specific hues to boot. They might be able to play if it's not too advanced color blindness. Worth a shot maybe?

Can this be played by two people?

You'd have to modify the rules a bit to do so. Either omit points and play for fun, or try to rebalance the point system a bit for two players.

Can two people put their marker on the same color square? If not, how do you decide who gets to use the wanted square?
