Seems to work just fine, but one piece is barely enough to even pretend to have a piece of gum in your mouth, typically takes three pieces to equal what would normally be a regular chunk of gum otherwise seems to work as advertised did feel a slight energy boost and better focus just making it so I don’t need three pieces/servings to be satisfied with the gum chewing
