I love this product I have tried a few different ones and the flavor of Nello is superior. It has a gentle relaxing affect and helps me relax before bed, also no leg cramps at night. I use a milk frother to mix it in about 6-8 of water, and it mixes well. Highly recommend

This tastes like strawberry and cream! My only issue with this mix is the taste of the stevia. It leaves an after taste but that is just me. It mixes well with water. I put it in a 8 oz mason jar and shake it up. As for sleep, for me, it does help with sleep and i felt a bit calmer. The first time I drank this, I felt a little groggy in the morning. I did notice that I slept thru the night. I wasn't waking up at 3 or 4am with anxiety or leg cramps. As far as any weight loss, I didnt see any. Every person's body is different.

I have stopped drinking and looked for all sorts of non-alcoholic wines. I have not been able to find anything I like so I tried this and I absolutely love it. I come home and make a glass with ice and a lime and it is so tasty and really helps relax me. I love it and I sleep amazing now. The strawberry cream is really good, but I also just ordered the variety pack to change it up a bit. Highly recommend.

Pretty good taste, not sure I can feel a difference. I like the easy boost of magnesium and l-theanine but I wish it had a slightly more robust ingredient profile. I also take the absorption co calm and I can feel the results immediately. I alternate with this because it tastes better and is cheaper but ultimately it isn’t quite as good. With that said, this is fine if you need something more cost effective with a good taste. The strawberries and cream is my favorite so far.

I am on my caffeine cleanse this year. This has been a good way to up my water intake and has aided in a little additional calm. It blends into the water well with a blender bottle. If you just stir it in - there are a couple clumps. And it tastes like strawberry milk. I usually mix it with 40 ounces of water so I can really get the most out of it.

Works well, im sleeping better and feel much calmer through the day. The taste leaves much to be desired though, doesnt taste much like strawberries and cream a d has a weird after taste.

I love this product and will be purchasing it again. It tastes great, it relaxes me and helps me sleep better.
