My dentist recommended it to me a year ago for a sensitive tooth, and I've purchased it many times since, when I've had an issue. It works very well and quickly (1-2 days for me) to start working. I can no longer buy this locally, so the three-pack is a great option, and the small size is convenient for travel.

Anything that helps with sensitivity and the health of my teeth/mouth I am all about Obviously Listerine is a well-known household brand and it's a brand that is associated with quality and reasonable affordability Listerine is also a brand that we know packs a heck of a punch and "mouth burn". Let's face it. Even the alcohol free version will wake you up. I followed the directions, I also use Sensodyne whitening. This specific mouthwash had a thicker feel to it. Even though it was not obviously thicker in the bottle. Definitely has a strong almost unpleasant taste. No doubt about it it will definitely sure any breath woes you are having at that point in time. You might want to keep it a small bottle in your bag/purse/desk. If you are going into a meeting or meeting with somebody and don't have time for a quick brushing, a thorough swig and swish and you are definitely safe. Although somebody might think you overdid it with the "BenGay" lolz I only say that jokingly because when I got into my friends car and she actually asked me if I was wearing "BenGay"! So yeah I mean like I said as for as sensitivity reducing. Yes, I have noticed a difference. In conjunction with brushing twice a day with my Sensodyne, when I eat certain foods I don't have that horrific pain in the back upper teeth within the next 30 to 45 minutes. My sensitivity always comes about a half hour after I eat something that will trigger the sensitivity. And it's always ice cream. Unfortunately. It has not reduced my "ice cream teeth" 100% but I have noticed it is not every single time either. So that's a good thing. I believe with consistent use it will only get better.

I have very sensitive teeth, and mouth in general for that matter. I have struggled to find products that I can use without that burning feeling thats impossible to ignore. I would not say this product has 0 burn but it is extremely tolerable and I can do my full mouth routine morning and night and feel relaxed and comfortable. Strongly recommend for sensitive mouths like mine.

I have tooth sensitivity even after a root canal in my one tooth and this mouthwash is the only thing that keeps that sensitivity away! Highly recommend. It does feel tingly but it is alcohol free.
