Okin Lift Chair Part Metal Connector DeltaDrive on End of Stroke Tube

Easily installed by a friend. Works smoothly. I cannot understand why the chair manufacturer uses a plastic part instead if this metal one that will hold up to the use of the chair. I'm totally satisfied!

This part is a perfect replacement for its plastic counterpart. Much stronger and I'm sure it won't break. Worth the money if you keep breaking the plastic one.

We were sorry to discover that this, again, is a left-handed threaded connector. I had to go down into the full explanation to view that. I was weary that others of this type say left-handed threads upfront and this one did not and thought maybe if was right handed. The product description for this and others all appear to be the same - beware. The good news is that if you have the tools you can grind the threads off of this connector and fit it into the sleeve and then secure it with a screw by drilling through the sleeve and the connector to make it work. Fortunately I have a grinder that was able to do the job and a drill press to finish the work. Our chair was purchased from Ashley and it appears that the motor is difficult to find and the connector unavailable.

Super easy replacement and much improved over the plastic part that came on the actuator.

It was the wrong part but I got it to work on the leg lift and cut down the plastic part to fit the head lift..

Used on wife's lift chair. Original was plastic that broke suddenly, so now have peace of mind with metal one.
