Simple and Effective Solution
Wonderful Chemical product to seal the gap especially in top floor perfectly. Any leak in upper floors badly affects the lower walls and ceilings causing a great deal of damage from appearance to weakening. Bad Product
Not recommended at all. No quick drying needs 3 days to dry and no water resistance too. Use white cement or tile grout. They are cheap and effective.

This cracks on drying
Useless product.. looking into ease of application i had ordered two more luckily they were in returnable period so was able to return the same.. this is cracking into two layer top and bottom
