Pretty Impressive!
I bought this for my Aunt, I was pleasantly surprised at the workout, not too easy and boring! She is very happy with this DVD and feels it has just the right challenge for her .

Chair Exercises for Seniors DVD
This exercise program is not for the faint of heart! It is difficult - not easy. I am doing it four days a week, the other three days I work out at the exercise room where I live. I am going to do my best to keep doing this one, but I have to say it is hard. I am an old senior - 84 - but I can get through three sessions and hopefully it is helping me get back strength in my legs and my whole body.

Easy for people with bad knees!
This video was great for those getting back to or starting exercising, just in a chair. You move at your own pace and put in as much effort as you are comfortable with to start. Curtis Adams does a great job! He's cheerful, encouraging. He shows you how to do each exercise beforehand and provides a water break between different stages of the workouts, although not very long. But, you can pause/stop the dvd or grab a drink when you need it during the video and just join in when ready. This dvd was quite beneficial to me as a mid 60's year old female recovering from surgeries on both knees. I am looking forward to buying other dvd's by Curtis Adams.

Chair exercises DVD
I love the chair exercises in this DVD. I suffered an injury a year ago and have not been able to get back to the gym. The seated exercises are simple to do and a stretch band is included. The teacher moves a little rapidly from one sequence of exercises to another but with a little practice I was able to keep up.

Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained
This video is great for me. I am a 71 yo female and very mobile. I use the treadmill or elliptical at the YMCA three times a week. This DVD targets my core and abs, as well as increases my energy, strength, and stamina. Some of the movements took a little bit longer for me to do perfectly, but with repetition I am mastering them. Curtis is a motivating instructor, and you can make adjustments to the movements as needed. Already I have seen inches coming off my core as well as a couple pounds melting. My hindrance is my diet, and the holidays really hit me up. Try his DVDs and if you are not satisfied, return them for a refund.

This video claims to be a senior workout. . I would venture to say itโs a level zero, it had absolutely no impact on me.

Begin slowly.
Was impressed when I previewed it. A caveat emptor is, to people like me who are not fit, to take it slow. Curtis basically conducted an aerobic exercise in a chair - really fast. However, I hope, with practice, I will eventually be able to keep up.
