Iron Bull Strength Advanced Squat Pad - Barbell Pad for Squats, Lunges & Hip Thrusts - Neck & Shoulder Protective Pad Support

I purchased this as the squat pads at the gym are forever going missing which can make for some uncomfortable exercise. This pad fits snugly around all the Olympic barbells in the gym and stays in place securely, once it's in place it doesn't move. The pad is the perfect thickness for me and really helps to make my hip thrusts as comfortable as they be so I can really focus on perfecting my technique and feeling the burn :) as an added bonus purple is my favourite colour. Overall I'm very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable squat pad.

Great pad - only gripe is when doing hip thrusts it feels quite big so can’t get full range of motion - may be just me that has that issue though! Still very usable with hip thrusts and very comfy. I feel like this pad is more meant for squats anyway and maybe that’s why!

Great for hip thrusts, stops bruises and much better than the deflated ones in the gym. Only thing I would change is having grips or straps on it to stop it rolling off of the bar.

This provides fantastic cushioning when doing squats. Previously I didn't have any cushioning at all and so after a few sets of squats my trap muscles would invariably hurt under the stress of the load. This changes all that - now when I put this squat pad on the bar I don't feel any pain at all. I can concentrate on my squats which are now fun to do, not a chore. A tip for when you put this on the bar - make sure that the opening is at the top, if it's at the bottom then the pad will slip off when you start to do your squats, a minor point but important nonetheless.

Amazing product. I don't use it for squats because I don't use a pad for these, but I do use it for hipthrusts and it is so much better than the average pad. I can lift 140kg with this - with the normal pads you get in gyms that would insanely painful. You still get bruises like with a normal pad but it is much more comfortable and thicker than most other pads.

Great Squat pad I’m a novice but was getting injury’s to my neck with the bar. Since using this pad I’m up to 60kg squats and no neck pain due to the bar,it’s comfy,strong and doesn’t move once in place.

I am not sure what to make of my Iron Bull pad; it appears they missed the I of Iron; missed letters often point to a fake product. Not in a single promo for this product is there one missing the 'I' - its branded two sides. On mine one side does have the correct spelling of Iron Bull and on the other this 'Ron Bull'!!! I hope it works okay for me and I haven't been ripped off. We shall see if I find it works badly it will be going back as a fake

Beaucoup mieux que ceux vendu par une enseigne de grande distribution du sport bien connu. 10 euros de plus pour des années de vie de plus ? ;) OU 10 euros de moins pour en racheter 2 mois après ? A vous de choisir ;)
