This really does help reduce inflammation in my body. I currently take a high dose (9 capsules per day), but I appreciate the 40,000IU per capsule and # of capsules for the price. I'm guessing the delayed-release capsules (DRcaps) also help, though I'd have to test this exact produce with and without DRcaps to know, which isn't possible. Overall, thank you for a quality product at an affordable price.

I did my own research after the doctor noticed plaque build-up on my carotid artery. This enzyme was recommended to help reduce the plaque build-up which can cause strokes. I took one tablet per day for one year. On my next carotid artery ultrasound, I had nearly no plaque build-up in my carotid artery. I tried it because I didn't think that an enzyme would hard me. In fact, it did an amazing job and I will continue to use Serrapeptase daily. It is amazing and I highly recommend this product.

These capsules seem to work for me! Even if they are a placebo, and my mind says my back feels better then they are okay in my book. Also, the numbness in my toes seems to be a little better. I have taken these for almost a month and can report they are working somewhat for me. Of course, my spinal stenosis is not cured, but my lower back does feel better. The Drs. have told me (after much testing) that my toes are not Peripheral neuropathy but affected by the nerves in my lower back (stenosis). Anyway, with the Serrapeptase and back exercises I am doing much better and able to walk further than I have been able to in quite a while. I will continue to take them.

I first learned about serrapeptase and nattokinase a few years ago and take them to improve circulation and promote overall health. I've noticed benefits from using them together at modest dosages. So, I purchased Amazing Nutrition Serrapeptase and take one daily with my nattokinase as part of a comprehensive health plan including a whole foods diet and strength training/metabolic conditioning several times per week. Thusfar, Amazing Nutrition Serrapeptase has been an excellent product and I am satisfied. I'm a little perplexed about directions to take it with a meal since other distributors suggest using this product on an empty stomach. I take it about 30 minutes before eating.

This has got to be the worst stuff I have ever taken, Supplement my behind, more like poison! I would recommend this product if you like to sit on the toilet all day. I would recommend this product if you are someone that likes to vomit for 6+ hours, ten times to be accurate. I literally thought I was going to die after taking this. back story, I brought this brand because I had tried Dr's best 1200 units and it made me nauseous. So upon doing a little research someone said to switch the brand and the unit size, I did that. WRONG! Worst day of my life. I woke up and took just 1 of the 40 units of this poison and about 3 hours later it was on and popping, and not in a good way. that was the only thing I had consumed. RUN! Negative 10 stars from me.

Not sure if anything's happening, but I did learn to take it after dinner, before bedtime, so that it didn't tear up my stomach. Once I got that, I increased the dosage to two nightly.

I have had blood clots in my legs and lungs and blockages in my neck and legs. I take this in addition to a prescribe blood thinner my last tests came out really good. Percentage of blockages in neck arteries has decreased and circulation in leg arteries is good now. I have also noticed that since I have been taking Serrapeptase when blood is drawn or if I get a cut my blood is now bright red. I will continue taking this and keep hoping that I continue to get test results.

I don't ever want to be without this product. I take this with a good fish oil and white egg shell membrane. This combination works real well for taking pain out of my joints.
