The service was simple to sign up for. Results seemed accurate to an extent but corroborated with how I felt at the time of testing. Sample acquisition is also relatively straightforward.

Very convenient and easy to follow. Results arrived within 3 days of sending my sample. I was really satisfied.

The kit never came and needed help from Amazon. I ended up purchasing one from another store. The kit worked well but not private results.

i bought 5 yes 5 of these test at $100 each. I got a hair test done and the results were prety vague; they didn't say if you were "high" or "low" relatively it just says how far from average or something. I bought these and had to sign into an application on my phone - it felt sketch so I didn't trust it - I made a fake email up. I got 5 of these test - I got back results for 1 - the other 4 test results never came. I completely forgot about these for a couple years until I found the boxes.. Have tried to sign into the app and the app just trips out and then doesn't show me anything. I've tried calling the company and they never were available. I saw soemthing about them selling peoples information on the backend! screw everlywell they ripped me off for $500!!

I'm going to post this review in steps since there are several "Phases" of experience. Collection: The instructions for sample collection were simple and understandable. The difficulty I had was that you need to collect a vile of saliva just after you wake up, before you do anything that would contaminate your mouth. So... don't eat, drink, brush your teeth, or kiss anyone until you've collected your sample. The amount of saliva they want in the vile was very difficult to generate first thing in the morning. I think it took me 15-20 minutes to get enough sample. Packaging: They include a self addressed envelope to mail you sample in. It's pretty easy to ship your sample off to the lab. What's more, the envelope has USPS tracking so you can watch your sample as it traverses the country. Tracking: This is not the fault of Everlywell. They don't control the USPS, but the tracking allows you to see just how inefficient your delivery is. I live near a major metropolitan area with good transportation routes to other major metropolitan areas. But my sample took over a week because it took 19 hops. 12 of those were after leaving a city with over 1 million residence. So far, I feel fairly positive about my experience. The package tracking is definitely a bonus. UPDATE 5-31-2022: I should have updated sooner. Once the package arrived at the lab, it took only a few days to get my results. The report is pretty much what you might expect from a medical test results stand point. There is a lot of information and I should probably take it to my doctor during my next visit. Having said that, there wasn't anything unusual about my results, so there's probably nothing to discuss. Overall, I think it's really good to be able to do tests like this. Assuming you do them correctly, and collect the sample as directed, I don't think there's a reason to go see a doctor just to "see" if your hormone levels are normal.

This particular test is saliva based, and you have to fill up a tiny little tube with a ton of saliva. I wasn't able to do this successfully and ended up wasting the kit. Given the high cost of this kit, you are better off going to the Dr and ordering a normal blood test along with any other blood work you need done.
