I am a size 11. Will they be comfortable?

No. I'm a size 10 and after wearing for a few weeks, both pairs developed holes in the front :(

Would these fit a womens size 11 - 12 m ?

I wear a size 11 and was disappointed in the fit. I was skeptical that a sock that fits a size 5.5 could really fit a size 11 foot. I found them tight and after the second wearing the band across the top broke. So if you wear a shoe size above 10, look elsewhere.

Would they fit for wide feet?

Yes- I have wide feet! And I am a size 10... Love these socks!

How do these stay on with a high intensity cardio workout (more movement than yoga!)?

I don't recommend these for high intensity cardio. The socks tend to slip internally a bit during a flow (slow) Pilates class.
