Does this have silicone on the inside to keep it from slipping? I've tried a couple of garters already and both slipped down.

Does this come in a box?

As standard this garter is sold alone but can also be purchased with a gift box. The garter is packaged nicely inside in the box in tissue paper, and the gift box is tied with appropriate coloured ribbon to match your garter.
