Fine fur strands come out.
Lovely soft feel. Only downside is that fine strands of fur come off really easily, so not ideal for young children or babies. My son is five and when cuddling/playing with this soft toy he ended up with lots of individual strands in his mouth.

Purchased to replace one purchased from a zoo gift shop that has been loved so much it had to have the seams stitched up one too many times. It looks identical to the ‘loved to pieces’ one. It is soft and cuddly. Granddaughter was very excited to receive it.
