I’ve been suffering from perimenopause/menopause since 2020, with HOT FLASHES from hell!! I have tried every medical thing, prescription Premarin by mouth, hormone patches, hormone cream, and HRT pellets… Not to mention the 15 to 20 supplements I’ve bought that were no good and went into the garbage. Many women I know have thought I exaggerate my symptoms because they don’t have them as bad as I do… But I have to carry portable fans around with me and if I’m not sweating, then I’m freezing! I didn’t have much hope that the supplements would be any different, but I thought I would try one more time. Sidebar: the one medicine that helps with hot flashes that is prescription is gabapentin, which I DO have a prescription for… But I was OUT, the supplement arrived when I was out of gabapentin, I took it as directed and full truth here, I have not had a hot flash since I’ve been taking these for five days! All the other symptoms of menopause? I still have them, the fatigue, the brain fog, the depression, the aches and pains… But to get SOME RELIEF From HOT FLASHES is like a miracle!!! I cannot emphasize this enough!!!! AND I have been taking Maringa with this particular supplement, so it might be a combined effect? Either way, I am amazed that I am hot flash, free, this has not happened since this horrible menopause began! (except when I’m taking the gabapentin of course, but I’d rather not use it if I don’t have to, right?) I only do reviews rarely when something is really good or really works… I did not expect this to work!! Yesterday I told my husband that I have been taking this supplement and showed him the bottle and told him that I haven’t had any hot flashes… And he was amazed as well! I have an understanding husband who gives me so much grace with what I’m going through… For those women who have all the symptoms of menopause severely, I understand you! I am jealous of my sister who just puts a patch on her arm and has no symptoms!! Even with the hormone replacement therapy and gabapentin I still have symptoms!! I don’t know how long I will be in this condition, but I am ready for it to stop! Back to this product… It’s definitely worth purchasing from my perspective. But I did start taking moringa at the same time, it might be the combination or it might be the moranga. I don’t know, but I’m gonna continue to take them both! It doesn’t address all the symptoms of menopause, but my gosh, if it prevents me from being a sweaty pig at work and being embarrassed when my face turns red and I have beads of sweat on my face… Then that’s a BIG DEAL! The tablets did not upset my stomach, and believe it or not I had symptom relief on the first day! It’s hard for me to believe honestly, but I’m not taking gabapentin right now, and I’m not having hot flashes, I’m taking this product and moringa… everybody is different, especially with menopause. I am one of those who has. ALL. THE. SYMTOMS. Severely. And the supplement actually did what it said it would, which is amazing and considering how many bottles of supplements I have in my cabinet that I don’t touch because they don’t work!! I thought that this was going to be another gimmick, but it actually works on hot flashes… I would pay much more for this. It is worth it, especially if you have hot flashes as bad as I do! I can’t believe how effective it is for me! Like I said, everybody is different, especially in menopause, but since I have all the symptoms so severely, I think it may work for other women as it did for me, so I do recommend it, and hope it works for you! It’s worth trying for sure, and get the moranga too…why not? I know I’d try just about anything if it helps even a little bit! Why did the women in our lives not tell us? Heck, in my nursing studies (advanced graduate MSN, ARNP) hardly a blip in the book about this LIFE ALTERING AFFLICTION!!! My patients are elderly, but I’m thinking about getting back in school for specialization in women’s health (this needs to be addressed more seriously by medical professionals!!! I absolutely love my PCP, but he’s a man, and I think he thinks I’m exaggerating, but I truly hate going to doctors, nurses are sometimes the worst patients! Lol! Sooooo THIS SUPPLEMENT HAS BLOWN ME AWAY!! For me, it is very much worth the money, and very effective! (I am truly still amazed) I was about to schedule an HRT appointment, because it gave me “some “relief from hot flashes… Along with the gabapentin… But right now, I don’t need to schedule that appointment because I am not having hot flashes. Five days? It has been years since I have gone five days without being miserable! I had told myself to give it a month to see if it works… And it worked immediately! I am a nurse, and I do not fall for the “placebo effect”if anything I am a skeptical, person about supplements and things, lol! So there’s that too… I would advise you to take moranga supplements with it, since I started taking both at the same time…. I will quit the moranga for 5 days and update if there is a difference. If you don’t see an update, then THIS IS THE ACTUAL THING THAT REALLY WORKS! And no one gave this to me or asked for a review, I’m just SO FREAKING AMAZED!!! It’s a God-send!!! Update 7-23-2025 Still hot flash free without prescription medication 😊 This last few weeks I’ve experienced a bit of mental clarity, and it seems the fog is lifting from over me. I’ve gotten out of the house, and am feeling a little more like myself (a little more) But my husband DID notice, saying “you seem happier lately.”…..that made me happy, like , maybe there’s hope? Still struggling with sleeping, and the depression is still there….however I do feel a slight difference. I’m putting this on auto ship, I’m not missing a day. Who’d of thunk it?? 😊👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This will completely take away your hot flashes. I am on my second fixing to be 3 bottle. I went from hot flashes multiple times a day to none. A coworker recommended this. I just hate it took me so long to try it.

I just turned 65. I've been in menopause for quite a few years. I was getting five or six hot flashes a day and not so much at night I don't know why that is but it was mostly during the day. They seem to come on with emotion. If I'm startled or something happens suddenly I would have a hot flash. They took away my energy, I would wake up multiple times in the night and I was just miserable! I've been taking Equelle for about 10 days. After the third day, which is just incredible, I noticed less hot flashes. Now at day 10 I'm virtually hot flash free. At the most I have one hot flash a day. I feel so much better. This medicine did not work for me. I've been taking it for 2 months and still no results. I left a review because if you are in menopause and your symptoms are super bad like mine this will probably not work for you I have read other reviews saying that it work for them but I guess it depends on the person. Anyway it didn't work for me I'm a little disappointed cuz I was hoping that it would at least give me a little relief if nothing else.

I wanted this to work so badly. I was desperate for relief. I took this religiously for 2 months. I have extreme hot flashes and this did nothing for them. In turn, my breasts became extremely tender and I was very puffy.. one week after I stopped taking this product, my breasts were fine and I dropped 5 pounds. Hopefully it works for others, but I think your symptoms would have to be very mild. On to HRT!
