Gigabyte GT710 2Gb DDR3 Full Review with Cons and Pros 1)We all will confused of which brand graphic should be purchased.In my opinion Order should be Asus>Gigabyte>MSI. 2)Graphic with Heatsink or Heatsink + Fan - You can go for Gigaabyte (Heatsink + Fan) if required ventilation & sound does not matters and you can go for Asus if sound matters bcz it have larger heatsink with larger surface area to dissipate heat effectively. As per my choice I will pick Asus one here. 3)Compactness - Less conpact cards are easy to install and takes less space.While large one provides good surface area to dissipate heat effectively.Here Gigabyte is very small but Fan makes it cool effectively. 4)Quality Component-Both Asus and Gigabyte provides High Quality components.Here Gigabyte provides Ultra Durable 2 which it uses very high quality components which are Ultra Durable means last for long life. Pros- 1)Light weight easy to install. 2)Low profile Very Small uses less space even fits in small cases. 3)1xFansink provides Heatsink + Fan. 4)Looking nice chipset quality as well as Feels solid built quality. 5)Fan Doesn't make noise.Noise even less than your CPU & PSU Fans. 6)Temperature while I starts playing was under 40°C and I think it's best for low heat and over clocking. 7)On youtube most videos will be found for Gigabyte GT710. 8)Gold plated Hdmi provides good signal with less losses and prevents from corrosion. 9)Superb Quality hardware looking premium. Requires very less power I am running on 200W Huntskey power supply.Even it recommends 300W with 12V & 20A but it's depend on if you have high end processors like i7 with require more power. 10)This model is Revision 2 Don't be confused with another model given on Amazon at higher price. Cons- Cons for this graphic card is only for Support in motherboard and graphic drivers.I wasted my 3hours to run properly this on my pc. 1)First when i installed on pc it does not works shows black screen after windows logo. 2)So fix for that is first disable your integrated on-board graphics then install graphic card and run. 3)Now the software in CD will not able to install nvidia drivers so download it dirctly from nvidia official site then driver will works properly. 4)OC Guru 2 over clocking software of Gigabyte is not so good instead of that install Mai afterburner. 5)Can play most old and new games but not future games.If have more money go for GT730 DDR5. Overall it pretty good graphic card in quality performance and built quality but support for drivers and software is not good. At last I say either go with Asus or with this gigabyte but I will prefer Asus as I think it will work more stable and also due to large heatsink you can overclock it little bit.

Using the product for over 2 months without any problem.Good product for old PCs with DDR2 or DDR3 Ram.Mine is DDR2 and it gives a good performance with old games like Mafia II, Crysis 2 or Medal of Honor Limited Edition as it has a 2 GB of graphic memory.Overall, I am satisfied with the product but don't expect to run newer games with high resolution as butter smooth.

Graphics card quality is very good at this price.

It works for general work, previously I used GAINWARD GT630, and I wanted to upgrade my GPU with this for my old Gigabyte G41 with core2duo E7300 that plays the game EURO truck simulator in low settings without problem, but this new GT 710 is even worse than the earlier GT 630. I used Zotac 730 also and found which is far better than this. SO BEFORE BUYING YOU DECIDE ME AS I always trusted GIGABYTE MOTHER BOARDS for durability and performance.

This card has brought me so much joy and so much pain, and i have a newfound respect for Gigabyte considering how long this card has served me, and how it has never stopped working. Buyers beware though, this is not a gaming card, you might probably be thinking that you might be able to play atleast a few games on it and you would be right but its a much better option to save up and go for atleast a gt 1030. Video editing is a major pain in the a** and forget about doing any 3D work, this card is best suited for watching youtube and thats about it, of which it does a pretty decent job btw i can usually go upto 1440p before it starts chugging. If you're serious about any of the things i listed above dont get this card, but if you're not go ahead, if you still insist on gaming on this card i do have a few recommendations which manage to run (i mean i gamed on it pretty much everyday for 2 years ironically): Minecraft CSGO - (on low res) COD MW 1, 2, 3 (the non remastered versions) Valorant - (on low res) Battlebit War thunder - (on ultralow settings) and for some of my fav (non-mainstream) games: FTL Terraria Vampire Survivors Kerbal space program - (lags a bit sometimes) Also please for the love of all that is holy - CLEAN THE FANS at-least every few months, the dust on them is not good for gpu temperatures, its probably why my card has lasted so long as well.

Turn your old pc into a mini beast with this gpu with good rams as well as processor. I upgraded my rams, psu, processor into newer models. Now my old pc doesn't even take that long to boot with SSD, played games like assassin's creed 3, gta 4, dead Island, mortal Kombat complete edition, dead or alive 5 Last Round, ravenfield, yandere simulator in 40-50 fps and for majority at 30+. Suitable for below 2014 games, even greater at the lowest graphics

GPU is good, can run most of the games with 8 gb ram but there is one con that the CD given with it has very old drivers... I had to manually download new drivers and then install it... Old drivers were just giving me blue screen with some message...

Ordered Gigabyte GeForce GV-N710D3-2GL 2GB PCI-Express Graphics Card but gigabyte 2GB DDR5 card: GV-N710D5-2GIL was delivered which is not working ie not booting to windows. Contacted gigabyte support but they were of no help. My motherboard is Gigabyte X79-UD5 MB ,with i7 3960 CPU(no integrated graphics on MB) simple search on net with X79 mother board GPU installation not booting thrwos up many people complaining about the GPU. There are many other amazon customers who received wrong product ddr5 gpu instead of DDR3 gpu.,and not working in their PCs. DDR5 is supposed to work on any MB, as GPU memory is independent of system installed memory, but this card is not working.
