I want to preface by saying that I've done a lot of preliminary work to get the most out of the workbook - you have to be connected to yourself and know your True self. For those struggling, therapy will help with this. You also need to know how to synthesize the data once you have it all laid out - AI can help you with this. The workbook is very hard, but it gave me the framework that I was lacking. Lastly, I want to add that I tried reading and completing the full book but there was too much information and i felt overwhelmed. I really like that this workbook is straight to the point.

Telling is not always the best way to help a teen. Helping them see the truth for themselves is always a better way. I ordered What Color is Your Parachute? for my older teens as their high school curriculum. I want to help them discover their strengths and see which roles they might be well-suited for. This workbook helps them complete the exercises and provides a place to collect their thoughts in an organized way. We are still working through it, but the kids like the activities and are growing more curious about their answers and interpretations.

I have recommended the original book to many people over the years. Now there is a workbook, which I wish I had had when I first went through all the steps in this book. It is brilliant.

I use this for our transition clients prior to re-entry phase of treatment to help them become employable and they work through the material to improve their soft skills and identify their hard skills. They come out of transition phase transformed! It has greatly improved our program at a 12 month substance abuse treatment program.

This might be good for someone whose never worked. But it's not helpful for experienced workers. Definitely not what a professional needs in this job market.

Great book to prepare for interviews and self evaluation. I have an older version which works well as it relates to the principles and bedrock Nuggets. This version adds innovation as it relates to today's digital market. Get get get it!!!

This book is good for career changes, probably for when you are not sure. I bought it as a gift for someone who was not sure if they were in the right job, and helps them see through the workbook, what their long-term desires really are.

If you have been round the job change block a few times this workbook contains familiar exercises, however I found it helpful to have them all together to encourage me to build up a more holistic picture of what I wanted from my next job. Much more accessible than reading the Parachute book. Have recommended the workbook to several others who have similarly found it to be helpful.
