I am a tall man with circulation issues in my lower legs. As a consequence, I wear compression hosiery to keep my legs from swelling. Only challenge is, keeping the hosier from falling down. I've tried a number of garter belts (too much hassle in the loo), and elastic garter straps such as this one (until now, too loose).These garters have less stretch than any other I've tried, so the can be made to fit tightly and keeping the hosiery "north" of my knee! Since they stretch less, I had to "play" with the length adjustment a little to get just the right fit. But the hosiery has stayed up all day without sagging!
