This Ayurvedic tablet works! I consume one per day after lunch and it helps the digestion system issues such as bloating and it also improves metabolism for sure. Just try a bottle and decide for yourself. Unfortunately, many times this product is out of stock and I feel afraid the production will stop or something.

Let me just tell you I have stomach issues galore including UC/Crohn’s along with crippling anxiety from hell that, at times makes me feel extremely nauseated out of no where. These pills are so so so helpful with all of that and then some. I carry a few of these in a little pill holder keychain thingy on me at all times. These also help with period bloating and even a tad with period cramps! Trust me, I’ve used Pepto, Gas-X, Tums etc, you name it and none of those work as effectively and as quickly as these do. They seem to calm my stomach down pretty fast and within several minutes, have a lovely, natural earthy herbal smell, they come in a dark brown tinted glass bottle, they aren’t gigantic, they are easy to swallow and you don’t need to take 3 or 4 of them. Please don’t ever stop making these!!

I never write reviews but so much impressed with this product so was tempted to write one. My gas, bloating, acidity and constipation problems are all resolved with this one. I have been suffering from these problems for almost 8-9 years and tried almost all of the prescription and over the counter medications. Have visited urgent care many times in the past for heartburn. Thought of trying this one and I am glad i did. This worked like a magic for me. I am only taking one tablet after dinner and did not had any complaints of gas, bloating, heartburn or constipation. My digestion has improved significantly. This will not take long time to show its effects like most of herbal medications. I was able to feel the difference in 1 week.

I have hypothyroidism and these pills caused me to have brain fog and increased fatigue.

Honestly I'd buy again as it's a great supplement however the taste is a buzz killer. I always have to drink a chaser with it. That's my only negative.

I like this product, although sometimes it doesn't set well with my stomach if I take it whole. I started halving the pill and taking a half 2 times a day. Much better on my stomach. Have had several doctor visits with good results for my cholesterol numbers. My doctor wanted to put me on a statin drug but I had read about this product that it may help with cholesterol levels, and it has for me.

THIS PRODUCT HELPED LOWER MY BLOOD PRESSURE CONSIDERABLY. I THINK THE PEPPER DOES IT. I HOPED IT WOULD HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT BUT NOTHING ON THAT SCORE.

This product does not help with bloating. I got more relief from activated charcoal.
