Briarwood Collection 5-Light Coastal Chandelier Light Antique Bronze

This light replaced a gaudy dated 90s chandelier. What a huge difference! Installing it was a breeze with 2 people. The part that screws into the bracket to hold the light was too long, but my husband cut it back with a hacksaw. Easy peasy! Makes the whole room look better!

We purchased basically the whole collection of this lighting. The other pieces were fine. This one, however, was extremely poor quality. Cane damaged and Amazon couldn’t help. I believe it was so easily damaged in shipping because of the poor quality. When installed, the fixture was un level in all directions. It’s held together by small tac welds on each wire, which makes it flimsy and easily manipulated, thus easily in level. You get what you pay for with this. Nice looking if you can get it level.

Installed this light fixture in a smaller windowless laundry room. And am SO glad I did. With the 5 white light bulbs (used led bright white) this fixture just lit up the room like sunshine - fortunately put it on a dimmer so can have the super bright light when needed like when doing laundry and need to distinguish between navy blue and black clothing or socks. Great value for what you get!

This is definitely my favorite dining room light! Looks amazing over my table. Put some really nice lights in it and looks great!!

I hired a handyman to install it and working with an electrician it still took them about an hour to install it. It arrives with very poor instructions and takes some time to figure out how to install. Also, the chains used to suspend the lamp don't have removable links, so you would actually have to bend the links apart to use them and then bend them back together again and try to do that without scratching up the paint on them. That said, once the light is installed it is very attractive and a significant upgrade over the track lighting I used to have in the kitchen.I should mention that since the new light bulbs are omnidirectional and the track light that was there previously allowed you to place spotlights on all the kitchen surfaces you are probably going to have to go up a step in lighting power. I was using 300W of halogens originally, so I replaced the light with 5 x 60 W equivalent LED bulbs but the kitchen was too dark. The photo was taken after I replaced the bulbs with 5 x 100 W equivalent LED bulbs and the lighting was much better. The bulbs I used were: 100W Equivalent Filament Edison Bulbs Clear Glass, Dimmable LED Light Bulbs, 10W A21 Vintage LED Blubs 2700K Warm White, Medium Screw Base (E26), 1100 Lumens, 6-Pack

I LOVE this light fixture. I have a smaller townhouse and it’s not too big for my dining area. I used a dimmer switch with Edison bulbs and it looks gorgeous. I’d been looking for a fixture like this and am glad I bought it. I’ve gotten so many compliments on this light and it makes my home look so good. Installation was a little tricky, but that was due to the way the previous fixture had been installed; nothing to do with the design of this light.

This looks so great above our dining room table (which is a live edge acacia wood table with metal legs). we put LED edison bulbs in because incandescent would have been too high wattage so not exactly the look i was hoping for but with a dimmer switch it still looks great. plenty bright enough with 5 bulbs! love the different options for length as well - we ended up using the chain and one of the bars as we have 8' ceilings. higher ceilings may want to hang it lower (and there are quite a few height options with the added bars you can add to hang from).

Buy only if you are an expert with chandelier installation as the instructions provided with this are of no help. Couple of things that can be improved in the product:A) chain link that secures the chandelier with the mounting plate can be provided with an easy to secure mechanism. Currently it needs 2 pliers to open and close the chain link.B) screws required in the bracket installation should be provided. Just need three but it’s good to have them with product itself.Otherwise satisfied with the product. Love the end product.

This light is great, the packaging is garbage! Only complaint is the cheap styrofoam they use that literally disintegrated in my hands and left little beads of styrofoam everywhere.The light looks wicked. It’s nice and lite too and was able to install it without the box being centered in the room.

Delivery came early, packaging was perfect, instructions were easy but hired an electrician not to get frustrated. Alot of extra rodsLooks great in my kitchen, love it

It’s a beautiful product. However, it’s not aligned. Some metal parts are out of square, which made me take one star from the 5.The chains needs to be open with pliers, which may cause minor damage to the paint.Other than that, it’s a nice looking product.
