Quality packaging and quality ingredients
Contains a lot of good vitamins and minerals that are not only good for bone health, but overall health and wellness in other areas of life as well. No issues with item packaging and seals were intact. Pills are a decent size but easy to swallow, serving size is 3 pills. Highly recommend!

Reasonably-sized pills
I liked that these pills were normal-sized in comparison to other brands who have oversized pills that are impossible to swallow. Easy to take with meals, and no unpleasant taste. I wish it had 100% of the recommended daily dosage, but this makes it easier to get more calcium.

Easy to swallow and no after taste
I purchased this bottle a few weeks ago and am feeling really good about taking them. Instructions say to take 3 a day so there are enough pills for a full month which I think is a really good price for high quality bone supplements. They seem like they have a coating on the pill so they are easy to swallow with no aftertaste or residual digestive problems. I am over 50 and really want to make sure I am doing what I can to support bone density. I feel like this is a really great product and would recommend it to others.

I'm not sure about these because of the price and the amount that you receive. As well as the taste and size of the pill. I haven't taken them long enough to know if they work well or not.
