Just place one leg on a chair and you get right into those hamstrings by yourself and with a lot of pressure if you would like. The smallest tool is great for fingers and toes. The other tools are great for hitting smaller areas like the knees, elbow, shoulder joint, and neck or hitting smaller sections of big tissue again like the IT Band, quads, or calves. If you are into soft-tissue work these tools are a must buy!!! You won't regret it!
