There were so many “Happy Birthday” neon signs to choose from, but I chose this base on the font style, size and price. I was not disappointed when it arrived. It was a good size, not too big and not too small. Perfect for my backdrop. It came with a dimmer, electrical plug and a battery operated adapter. Good thing we have the option to use battery because the location where we had the photo-booth set up was far from an outlet and instead of having to have a long extension cord, we just used battery instead (AA battery). So it came in handy!! Couple things that I thought could be improved is that since it had a dimmer, I thought it could have been brighter. Also the signs “Happy” and “Birthday” were two separate signs and I wanted to stack them on top of each other but I couldn't since the metal string that was provided were both the same length. It would be nice if they provided another longer string so that we can have the option to do this. Or some way to stack them when hanging. Otherwise it’s exactly what I was looking for and still happy with the product.

We ordered this to celebrate our cold deciding to attend the Univ. Of North Carolina and we could not be happier with the quality of this and how it turned out. The process to design was simple and quick and the colors you could choose and the variety of sizes were perfect for us. Best of all was the look on our daughters face when we gave this to her. She loved it. It arrived on time and we'll packaged. It was easy to set up and we lived the dimmer and the items we got to be able to hang out in the wall. All-in-all very happy with the purchase.

I ordered this for my classroom. It does have different option. I didn’t purchase the remote but this does have a switch that you can dim the light in it. It also has the option to hang it or you can screw if in. The lights are super bright at the highest setting.

I ordered this in november 2024 for my birthday, and it only lasted five months i have other led lights and neon signs that i've had on 24/7 for like 2 years and they never, went out they're still on to this day i was really disappointed in this product. And by the way, it lasted, it was really bright. And it was also a really great conversation starter. Overall, it was a nice neon sign, but for it to last only 5 months, it is ridiculous.

I would give this 4 1/2 stars. So far the only deduction is the remote - which works well. I’ve just gotten used to remotes coming with the battery, so I had to go find a 2025. That being said, I chose this sign because I could place it easily over a window on a “living” wall that I built over my daughter’s bedroom window. Size is perfect. Mounting is easy. It is BRIGHT - like eye burning bright, but the remote allows you to adjust to your liking and set a timer (the picture shows the sign at 22% strength). I like it.

this is clear plastic backing, with white LED strip around perimeter, lights up white not orange, looks cheap and tacky. , seller wanted me to pay for return postage, after 2 weeks received $20 refund on $60 light
