The machine arrived in very good condition with no cosmetic issues. All functions work. I was very pleased to find that the battery life behaves like a new machine.

Make sure to choose the laptop condition when you add it to the cart. I chose the best quality when I ordered mine and the 16" MB Pro I received looks beautiful... no scratches, no dead pixels, just a very slight wear on the wrist rest that I didn't even notice for several days. Mine basically looks brand new and I'm so happy with it. I'm coming from a mid-2015 MB Pro (only because the OS can no longer be upgraded) and the speaker sound is so much better plus the screen is sharper and brighter. In 2030 I'll get a refurb 2025 MB Pro... this is my 3rd MB Pro refurb and I've never had a problem with them. Excellent value for your dollars.

DON’T THINK YOU WONT GET A BAD MACHINE. The Mac I order showed up and looked great, except it was never tested. If it was the store owner would have noticed that the kernel was corrupted and it fails to boot. This shop owner should be banned from selling on Amazon. There are so many people saying the same thing thing I am, “Never Tested”. Your machine will come the same way, trust me. You might get lucky but I doubt it. Garbage machine and horrible seller.

Absolutely impressed with this MacBook Pro. The laptop arrived quickly, was packaged very well, and honestly looks almost brand new. The 16-inch display is beautiful, the speakers are amazing, and the Touch Bar is exactly why I wanted this model. I was a little nervous buying a refurbished MacBook online, but this exceeded my expectations. The condition was excellent, performance is smooth, battery health looks great, and everything works perfectly out of the box. For anyone who still loves the Touch Bar and wants a larger screen, this 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro is a fantastic choice. Definitely feels premium and powerful even today. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend this seller.

I bought this to run Windows via BootCamp, as it’s no longer supported on Apple Silicon machines. Windows 10 is going EOL shortly, so this isn’t a great long-term solution without some tweaking if you’re comfortable. On the macOS side of things, this device is beautiful. The design is timeless and feels great, and the quality is remarkable. Value for money wise, it’s definitely a beast of a machine considering the specs; but Apple Silicon still blows this out of the water. Most noticeably, the device gets HOT under simple loads, and the battery dies about 4 percent every few minutes; which can be expected because of the i9 processor and RAM capacity. I ended up returning the device because I found that Windows 11 isn’t natively supported by BootCamp, and couldn’t justify the heat and possible repair costs for this age of a device. Beautiful and powerful, but not for me. The refurbishment process seems like it’s pretty great though, this device was pretty much indistinguishable from a brand new Mac of this model year barring the dust and debris inside of the bottom case, fans, and heatsink; plus the power adapter seemed like a cheap knockoff.

Laptop came looking like new - had MacOS 10.15 installed and running great, no cosmetic or performance problems. Even the battery was rated just above 90%, the one area I was afraid would be problematic. Gorgeous display, fast i9 proc and 32GB ram, frankly it surprised me that these can be had so cheap! Excellent value for money. I think the good price boils down to the lack of an Apple Mx processor, but so far this has not affected me at all. Fantastic deal!!! Beautiful laptop in like-new condition, terrific performance, and has as much RAM as my (getting old) desktop workstation (a much hacked upon 2018 Mac Mini - where I installed the 32gb myself….. this inability to customize on the laptop being one of the few things I dislike, but par for the course - the Apple laptop course that is :)

lousy, had charging problems, the vendor supplied a new wall power supply, Better for two months, now overheats, looses 40% of fully charged under 1 hr. MicroCenter - Certified Apple Repair Center quoted $900.00 for the repair, or use it plugged in until it quits. Otherwise buy another MacBook if you need mobility Mike Cincinnati OHIO

Como todo artículo usado, vino con 2 detalles estéticos (golpes en cuerpo de aluminio) no afectan en nada la vista del equipo y menos si se utiliza una carcasa. El rendimiento es excelente y aún alcanzó el MacOS 26. El único problema fue la batería, venía con más de 600 ciclos y el uso continuo es de no más de 2 h, en reposo 12 h. El cargador es genérico y se calienta un poco, pero hace bien el trabajo. Es mi segundo equipo Mac Renewed y no me arrepiento.

Llegó en excelente estado, el cargador es genérico pero sirve a la perfección, recomiendo lo renovado.
