Well made. Sturdy. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Quiet. Good value.
Well made. Sturdy. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Quiet. Good value. Comes with a wrench-tool for tightening bolts. No other tools are needed. Two AAA batteries are included for the monitor. My wife uses it for leg cycling. I use it for arm cycling, since I broke my foot and want to maintain my cardio health while my foot heals. The foot pedals are also made so they can be easily gripped by hands. I couldn't find that feature on other products. It definitely gives a good workout, depending on which of the 16 levels of tension you select.

Surprisingly robust with everything you need
I set this up a few days ago in anticipation of total knee replacement surgery which I had yesterday. I can’t say much about the internal resistance mechanism durability since I’m not supposed to use it until next week, but so far I’m very impressed. It felt smooth and comfortable in testing. The overall design is nice and includes a handle to move the device around easily. Not that I will be carrying it in the first few weeks after surgery. Set up was easy with clear directions. The mechanism is smooth and the resistance goes from nothing to harder than a floor device like this can really support unless you attach it to the floor with screws, and I can’t imagine home users are going to want to do that. In other words, at the highest settings, the whole device will skitter away from you even if placed on a non-slide mat and using the included bungee cords. By the way, the unit comes with a non-slide mat and the included bungee cords come complete with (lightly padded) handles for your hands plus clips to attach to the machine on the other side. You don’t need to buy these items separately. If you really want the high resistance settings, the mat probably works much better on a tile or wood floor. I have to set mine on a low nap rug, which may not be ideal. Likewise, using ropes instead of the bungee cords will prevent sliding altogether. However, that’s not really what a device like this is designed for. I will be using it for rehab, and for that it is perfect. If you’re having trouble deciding between a bicycle style device or an elliptical trainer style device, both the surgeon’s staff and my independent PT said the bicycle style device was the appropriate choice. Check with your PT, but I think this is the one you want. As a former bicycle shop owner, my only complaint is with the pedals. They are smooth but very stiff. Then again, you are wanting resistance from a device like this so it doesn’t matter. Plus, the stiff pedals mean you don’t have to master the skill of flipping the pedal up in order to use the foot strap. On balance, this is probably a good thing for most users. I just have my nose up in the air too much! Another minor niggle is that the instructions have you attaching the foot straps backwards from how they should be. You really want the adjustable side of the foot clip, the one with lots of adjustment holes, not the side with just two, on the outside of the pedal. That will be the easiest place to grab the foot clip tabs and adjust the foot clip to your foot or shoe size. After attaching the foot clip, be sure that the square holes on fully adjustable side are parallel to the attachment clip on the pedal. It’s really easy to put them on the incorrect pedal. If the adjustment holes in the foot clips aren’t parallel with the attachment clip on the pedal, the plastic on the foot clip might wear prematurely and they will come off easily when using the machine. That’s probably the weakest point of the instructions, this was simply not made clear and the photographs showing how they attach are incorrect in my view. The only other thing to be careful about is to be sure that your foot is far enough forward in the pedal while using the machine. If you have average size feet, and you have the ball of your foot aligned with the pedal spindle, your heel will hang far enough back that you are likely to clip the rear support of the machine as you pedal. If you aren’t wearing shoes, this could be quite painful. Ask me how I know! The machine comes with a Bluetooth enabled monitor. It displays RPM, calories burned (probably not accurate), and other stats. There are suggest apps for both iPhone and Android phones. I had no trouble setting up my iPhone with the machine, but I haven’t really used the apps yet yet and I am not sure that I will do so for my intended use. But it’s there if you want it. I also discovered when downloading these items from the Apple App Store that there are many other similar apps that work with these kinds of exercise machines. Most, including the recommended apps, have in app purchases so you can have nicer stats or nicer scenery to pedal around. I would say choose whichever one you want as they are all likely to interface well with the machine. I will update this review if I find the machine has problems when I start to use it for rehab. However, I’m expecting this to be a stellar performer. I was offered a rental machine similar to this from the surgeon’s office, but I found that with my insurance, the price would be about the same if I just bought this one off Amazon. I’m expecting it will work just as well as what the surgeon would have gotten for me.

Well-built, but sliding is an issue.
The mini exercise bike was easy to assemble with the enclosed instructions and tools. It is heavy, so don’t think you are going to move it into position with every use from a distance. Biggest drawback is failure to put rubber base on the bottom of the brace ends to help keep the bike in place while using it. I moved the rear brace off the included pad onto solid floor. The unit still creeps forward during use. I am going to glue some sort of non-slip padding underneath the brace-ends. Otherwise, I would have given this 5 stars. It is sturdy and functions well. A good value for the price.

seems solid
this is the 4th piece of equipment ive bought from Yosuda, and they all seem really solid......i get the impression that they are trying hard to make quality, affordable, no frills machines.....its not just a cash grab like other manufacturers edited 12-3-24 ive had it for 2 months.....ive been using it for 2.5 hours a day 5 days a week and i love it....its still solid and ive noticed a huge improvement in my general fitness and energy level....if it breaks tomorrow ill buy a new one edited 1-1-25 3 months and going strong...you dont need a lot of resistance, you dont have to go fast, zero impact, zero discomfort, and virtually zero chance of injury......i dont believe anyone is to far gone to not feel the benefits of this machine....and the benefits are nearly instant....this is NOT exercise....its just a way to easily increase your daily activity level, so you dont have to work your way up like you do on other machines.....just sit and watch TV while your legs are slowly pumping....you will feel very good after your first session....all that blood and oxygen getting into your muscles is a really nice feeling edited 3-31-25 6 months and it is still going strong. i use it for 30 minutes, 5 times a day, 5 days a week. best $100 i ever spent.

Get some exercise without missing on your favorite TV show!
This little exercise bike works great! It’s so easy to use while you’re watching tv or reading a book. I use it daily for about an hour. Gets some “walking” in without having to go out in the heat or cold. It has 10 different resistance levels.

Sturdy bike with a quiet and smooth operation.
I've only had this for a few days but really like the quiet, smooth operation. It's well built and very sturdy. I'm using it on carpet without the rubber mat and it stays in place. I haven't tried it on a wood or tile floor. The arm cord excercisers give good resistance so I'm happy with that too. I also like being able to track miles, time, calories, etc. I love this bike exercizer and would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Good value for money
Good product but could use some more features! It works well when I’m sitting on my couch watching tv! It also has a wide resistance difficulty and is built sturdy and balanced well.

A good buy and works well.
I bought this to use as an arm bike on the table top and I'm very impressed with it. It has smooth operation and seems to be well built. I read some of the reviews before buying. Any comments about trouble with putting the cycle together were laughable. The left peddle threads on counter clockwise by design. It goes together easily. I like the machine!

Excellent exerciser! I injured my leg and could not use an upright bike for physio. Did not have a recumbent bike at home. Searched for a floor pedal exerciser. I have size 12 feet so needed one where my heel would be off the floor when pedalling. This one is perfect! Heavy enough that it does not move around when pedalling. Lots of room for my feet. Magnetic tensioner. Easy to assemble. Yes it costs more than cheaper ones but well worth the money!

Very good product; I use it six times a week. It is very quiet; screen is easy to read and setup just took 5 minutes or so. The resistance levels provide ample opportunity to adjust workout loads on the legs and arms: -seems to be designed for older people or someone recovering from injury. It provides a way of getting in some significant cardio vascular workout

Overall quite satisfied. Pros: -Easy to assemble -lightweight but sturdy -multiple resistance settings for a good simulated ride. Cons: -doesn't fold, must be disassembled or put away as is. -pedals/straps not designed or accommodating for larger feet/shoes (16 ee for me) -pedals can be uncomfortable to use in bare/sock feet

I love this little cycle! Great price and features. Easy to attach the items that simply made it easier to package. As a senior, I don’t find it too heavy to carry. I did a lot of online research before I ordered it - seeing all the positive reviews made all the difference. It lives up to all the 5 stars.
