Hi, Is this a highly reflective metallic silver paint or more of a dull grey silver? Thanks!

Definitely a highly reflective “bright” metallic paint.

Does this paint have a strong smell?

Yes, you need to use in a well ventilated area.

Will this work on leather (shoes)?

I used it on wood, and it worked great, haven't tried it on anything else, but it seems versatile. I would do a test swatch on something first.
