Works Better Than Expected for Cold Windows
Installed this on older drafty windows and noticed an immediate difference. It reflects heat back into the room and noticeably reduces cold air coming through the glass. The material is thicker and more durable than typical plastic window film, and it cuts cleanly with scissors. Installation is straightforward with tape or adhesive strips, and it stays in place once mounted. It does slightly reduce visibility since it is reflective, but that is expected and worth the tradeoff for the insulation benefit. Great option for winter use, apartments, or older homes where replacing windows is not realistic. Solid value for the price and does exactly what it claims.

The quality was amazing. The install was amazing. Also, keeps the cold from coming in our windows.
Absolutely great product. I am ordering more does everything it says it does. We live in Tennessee we did all our windows. We have a cold spell and I cannot believe how much warmer our house has been love this product would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a product to keep the cold air out. Absolutely recommended. also very easy to install very easy to cut. We did six windows and a glass sliding door. this is also not only heat resistant. It is cold resistant we did half of our glass door put my hand on the part that was done. You could not feel cold air coming in felt the other side that we did not do and you could feel how ice cold that glass was. This is so highly recommended. You will not regret this choice.

Great Investment and Works well
It helped insulate my RV windows during the snow in 2025 and now itโs blocking out the sun on these hot 99 degrees days in May, 2026! I reordered more for my AC unit hose and used the tape to secure it around the hose! Great product for the price. Nice size! You can cut it to size. Reflective on BOTH sides.

Great insulator
I used this to insulate an outdoor kitty's house. I like that is a lot thinner than cardboard and all the info I find online says this is warmer than cardboard. I love that it comes with plenty of aluminum tape. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that unlike the photos in the ad, it comes folded, not rolled and the creases make it more difficult to work with. For reference, I bought the 48 inches by 10 feet.

Perfect for window covers
Used this to make window covers for my camper. Worked perfect, easy to cut and blocks 99% of the light outside. From inside I can see a VERY faint glow of light thru them but there is none visible from outside...clearly sunlight is brighter than any light you're going to use indoors, this worked perfect for this job. Product is nice thickness, about 1/8" and measured to the same size as is listed in the description. Easy to cut with a sharp razor blade, foil doesn't peel after being cut and is very strong. Helps tremendously with keeping the heat out as well, made a noticeable difference of the inside temperature with these on the windows during the day.

Easy to work with
Insulated my dog house with this and love that it comes with tape. Easy to cut through, although sometimes the folds threw me off while cutting. Dog doesnโt seem to hate it so good enough for me

False advertising
I reordered this because there was a tear in it, and it lost the roll of tape, but nope! They arent actiually adding any tape to the product, they send you velcro sticky dots, that does absolutely nothing for me and the location that I need to put this, but do you know what does? the actual tape shown and listed in this product. By the time I had the product it was too late to make another order, and I had to find something else; so is it worth it: not on your life if you're not providing what I need. Insulation performance is mediocre in cold, but propably more effective in heat (I have used simmilar before, not verified), but it's what I could get to seal a broken basement window for the winter
