I purchased three 52-inch fans and one 72-inch fan, and I am impressed with their aesthetic appeal and high quality. The 72-inch fan required a new receiver, and I inadvertently broke the glass part. Additionally, our contractor misplaced one of our remotes. Upon contacting customer service, I received super quick assistance by Ada. She provided clear instructions on how to program one remote to work with another fan and subsequently sent me a new remote, a glass piece, and a new receiver. This experience with customer service has been exceptional. As a result, I plan to order four more 52-inch fans so that all my fans are the same and from the same amazing company.

Love the fan.. arrived with cracked globe and missing couple screws. I reached out directly to the company. They responded in less than 30 minutes and sent me a new globe and screws and even sent me an extra controller for any inconvenience. Again love the fan in my bar and excellent customer service

Perfect size for our pergola. We needed a hard-wired fan and they’re so hard to find! We didn’t want a plug in one with a cord. We love the look of this one, too. Directions were easy to follow. The light is very bright. Lights up our entire deck. Now we can see what we’re bbqing! The six-speed fan will be great for blowing away pesky mosquitoes!

Advertised as an outdoor environment capable ceiling fan. Fan blades warped badly after 2 years. Unable to contact support due to all screens in Chinese. Will rip it out and buy an American made fan to replace it.

great fan for price and works great

This was a great purchase. We actually ordered two fans for our back patio. We researched all the styles, sizes, speeds, shapes and features and found these. They are really nice looking and have led lights and a very useful remote control. Love these fans!

This remote controlled ceiling fan with an LED light made a very nice addition to our patio. Remote works well and provides six different fan speeds. The LED light is very bright and does not have a dimmer option on the remote.

Installation was a problem. The screw holes in the main mounting bracket would not align with the normal square metal electrical metal box that is used on to hold wires and mount fixtures that almost every one uses. Tried on a a couple different shapes with none them working with the bracket. Had to drill new holes in the mounting bracket to get it to fit. Assembly instructions were terrible. Some slightly mis aligned screw holes in various location. Had. a large rubber gasket which is supposed to protect this wet rated fan from rain etc. But the gasket has a hole in the middle to let the wire through. We will see if this wet rated fan actually works after a rain or two. If I had not waited to install this past the return period, I probably would have returned it as soon as the problem with the bracket was found. Had this professionally installed. Instead of 2 hours it took 4 hours of messing with it. Had a slight wobble also which we tried to balance out but gave up on this also.
