Tasty and Convenient Ramen Alternative
TL;DR: These noodles offer a tasty and convenient option for ramen lovers. With a variety of flavors and easy preparation, they make for a satisfying meal. However, some may find the portion size a bit small compared to traditional ramen options. Review: These noodles provide a convenient and flavorful alternative to traditional ramen. With six different flavors in the variety pack, there is plenty of variety to satisfy different taste preferences. One of the standout features of these noodles is their taste. The flavors are well-balanced and enjoyable, offering a satisfying experience with each bowl. Whether you prefer a classic chicken flavor or something more adventurous like kimchi, these noodles have options to suit different cravings. Preparing these noodles is quick and easy. Simply add boiling water and let them sit for a few minutes. The noodles have a good texture and are not overly soft or mushy when cooked properly. While the taste and convenience of these noodles are commendable, it's worth noting that the portion size may be smaller than what some ramen enthusiasts are accustomed to. Those with larger appetites may find themselves wanting a bit more substance. However, considering the convenience and flavor, this may not be a significant issue for everyone. In summary, these noodles offer a tasty and convenient option for those looking for a quick ramen alternative. The variety of flavors and easy preparation make them an appealing choice. However, individuals with larger appetites may find the portion size a bit small compared to traditional ramen options. Overall, these noodles provide a satisfying and flavorful meal. Pros: - Variety of flavors to suit different tastes - Convenient and quick preparation - Well-balanced and enjoyable taste - Good texture of the noodles Cons: - Portion size may be smaller compared to traditional ramen options

Yum!
This variety pack is awesome. All the flavors so far have been delicious and unique. I love that bean thread noodles keep they're springy texture for so long and never get soggy. When I first opened one up I thought the portion looked too small but the noodles multiple like magic lol and these are actually pretty filling!

I would order them again!
After I tried all the flavor, I like '6 kinds of mushrooms' the best. It really tastes like mild mushroom flavor with lots of mushrooms. Too bad it doesn't sell by itself. Next thing I like is 'Spicy sesame paste'. The paste was hard to remove from the bag but I managed. It's not spicy at all. It has sesame oil taste. I really like it. 'Savory Shoyu' has mild soy sauce taste. 'Vegetable' has milder(almost clear) taste than Savory Shoyu with lots of Chinese cabbage and bok choy. 'Hot & Sour' is not spicy at all. The soup by itself doesn't taste like hot & sour(The Chinese food serves in the restaurant) but when I eat the tofu, I can taste the flavor of hot & sour. At last, sadly I didn't like the 'Spicy Tofu'. It's HOT but I don't mind it. But something I can't stand is it has a very bitter taste. Like stir-fried dried chile. The soup is bland with strong bitter taste. Conclusion, Still, I would buy this variety pack cuz I like the other 5 flavors. One last thing, picking up the noodle with spoon and fork is hard. I guess it's time to learn how to use chopsticks.

Love the noodles and some of the flavors
I like the clear noodles and the fact they are lower in calories than rice noodles. I also like the fact there is a lot more vegetables in these compared to other similar soups. I wish I could buy 6 packs of just a single flavor (mushroom was my favorite) but it seems these are only available in the variety pack. The spicy sesame paste flavor was not very good and upset my stomach and the vegetable flavor one was so bad tasting I could not finish it. Tasted sort of like a weird fish oil flavor rather than vegetables. Because of this I probably won't be ordering again unless they offer single flavor packs of the ones I liked.

Magic Food from the Crystal Palace
My only complaint is that I can't get these cheaper! As the water boils in a kettle, note the beautiful packaging that splits open with a thumbnail. Read the enchanting text and remove the clear lid. Inside is not a typical sodium-based flavor packet but rather something that looks like a travel soap. Open it. It looks like a mini soap bar made of volcanic material. Upon closer inspection, you can see that it is made of pressed, freeze-dried vegetables. I made two different flavors at once and noted that the pressed vegetable blocks were different based on flavor. I licked it like a deer and found it to be quite flavorful, not just pressed salt. Place the flavor block back on top and pour the water in. They tell you to fill it to the marked line, but we like ours strong and dry in our household. We fill it to the top of the noodles. Replace lid, wait three minutes. If you made it short on brother, you'll need to stir it in order to break down the flavor block. It tastes amazing. Lower calorie than most instant noodles, much lower sodium, gluten free, and has some nutrients that vary based on the flavor - which is a sign that this is 'real' food more than your regular processed noodles. I love mung bean noodles and glass noodles but they're hard to find.

Beware, these are no longer gluten free
I loved these but just realized they are no longer gluten free! I used to eat them all winter long. I have celiac disease and if I eat gluten it damages my stomach. These had been a quick filling delicious meal. The product description said they were gluten free but only a few are and unfortunately I ate 3 of them before I realized this. So disappointed, wish you could make them gluten free again.

Healthy tips!
These are the BEST!! Low calories and packed with flavor. It's so comforting on those nights when I have a lot of homework and I don't want to cook or go outside to get food. It fits my macros as I'm trying to eat less carbs and less saturated fat, so the crystal noodles and vegetarian flavors work out in my favor. The only real issue I have with these is the excessively high sodium content. I really make sure I've had my sodium levels in check before deciding to eat one of these because there's almost a day's worth of sodium in one small bowl! I counteract this by adding water almost to the top of the cup (instead of just to the line as the instructions say) and then I just don't drink the soup after. This means my noodles and veggies are less salty, and since I'm not drinking the soup afterwards, I'm cutting out a lot of the sodium. I like to cook up a bunch of spinach or other veggies, and add an egg to the bowl with some radish kimchi on the side. It's so comforting with the slurpy soft noodles and the crunchy radish, with the richness of a soft poached egg. I'm also upping my fiber intake and protein with veggies and egg. It really helps make this a more filling and substantial, while healthier meal. Hope this helps!

Great tasteful products. Will buy again.
Very tasteful with lots of ingredients and also low calories. I sometimes bring this to my office for my quick lunch or late snack. My favorite ones are Kimchi and Spicy Sesame. Both moderately spicy but not too spicy. I will recommend to my friends.
