It's likely, my dog chewed on the material and it came off pretty easily, it's like a plastic styrofoam/rubber material. I would say no one under the age of 3/4 years old

Looks great except missing foam end pieces

The dumbbells are great but the instructions note that foam end pieces should be included with the shipment. They never arrived with the package - can these be sent separately to complete the order?
