If you like bold flavors and salty snacks, these are worth a try. The bacon flavor is strong and smoky—not exactly like real bacon, more like bacon bits or bacon seasoning—but it still tastes really good. The seeds are big and crunchy like all BIGS seeds, and the resealable bag is perfect for practice, gaming, or road trips. They're a little on the salty side, so I don’t recommend eating the whole bag in one sitting unless you’ve got water nearby. The flavor might be a little fake for some people, but I personally liked it a lot. It’s different in a good way.

They don't taste like bacon - they taste like Bac-O's - the fake bacon sprinkles my mom used to get 30 years ago. They're not gross, but not what I was expecting.

They taste all right. Not really a bacon flavor in my opinion. More like you are eating ham. A few unroasted seeds in every bag it seems and sometimes you bite into that rancid, stale seed that makes you wince and spit everything out of your mouth. Almost like a small worm or something made their way into your shell and seed. Definitely quite off-putting. Thankfully, this only happens occasionally. Heavy salt content and not really any bigger seeds than any other brand of sunflower seed. I'm sure every growing season produces seeds of varying size based on rainfall etc. so you are going to get what you get. I would probably buy again.

Bought them in a store impulsively and found out they were great. Never saw them in the store again. Luckily found them on Amazon.

I don't know what it is with BIGS sunflower seeds but they all taste like they're old. I've gotten them from other stores and it's the same thing. If you go to the Asian store to where they sell sunflower seeds and pick up a pack, compare those to these. I think BIGS doesn't vacuum seal their seeds and that's what makes them taste like they're old. They do have good flavors but they just taste old. They aren't crisp and crunchy like the ones from the Asian stores.

this is a great product, but beware of the seller on here. They are asking way too much money. 20 or more for a pack that costs 3.00 or less at grocery. do not fall for this !
