Is the 60w output for the USB ports the total output for both USB C and USB A or can the USB C alone output 60w?

Our USB-A port is USB-A (QC3.0) which is a quick charging port compared to a standard USB-A. The 60W USB-C (PD) port is designed to effectively charge a laptop computer, even while it's in use and does output 60W itself. It Also will allow you to directly connect your laptop to the USB-C port. It is also safe to connect mobile phones and smaller devices to 60W port to charge as well.

Will this work for nitrogen filled tires as well?

It's perfectly safe to use and top off Nitrogen tires if Nitrogen is not available but you would need to purge the air later to continue receiving the benefits the Nitrogen tires offer.
