💙 Marrow ARC Review 💙 Authors: Trisha Wolfe and Brynne Weaver ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🥵🥵🥵🥵 Enemies to Lovers Dual POV Rival Serial Killers Spice with Kinks Academic Setting FMC Badass Wildlife Biologist MMC Morally-Grey Forensic Anthropologist 🔥 H•O•L•Y S•H•I•T 🔥 This was my first major ARC and I’m still not sure how I got so lucky but I am forever grateful to both Trisha Wolfe and Brynne Weaver for allowing me to read this in advance. This story, aside from being written so beautifully, was completely captivating, un-put-down-able!! I hardly slept and I’m sure my family felt a bit neglected until I finished it. Even though I tried to go slow - I like to soak in every little bit instead of rush through - it was over too soon; I think I’d sell some organs to read this for the first time again. I’m at that stage of making the book my whole personality where my husband is completely sick of hearing about it and is probably glad he’s not a reader. Does that stop me from telling him more details and reanalyzing my favorite parts to him every chance I get..? No, he can suck it up. These authors are beautiful geniuses that have such a knack for madness, making you fall for some major red-flagged men!Their writing styles matched up so well that the flow is seamless and if I didn’t know how that writing process went, I never would’ve known by reading it. Back to Jack and Kyrie! They’re such an equal match in every way. They have wits, book-smarts, talent, moral grey-ness, and smoking hot competitiveness. The slow burn banter between them was perfection, then someone poured gasoline, lit the match and a raging fire was let loose 🔥🔥🔥 I feel like I have so much more to say but no words to do this justice, read this then give me all your reactions 😍 I feel bad for the next few books I read after this one because the bar is high, nothing will compare.

I just love Brynne Weaver and her writing style! This was a twisty, slightly unhinged, spicy read. Jack and Kyrie’s dynamic is *chefs kiss* (I love a good enemies to lovers) and they really make the best pair. I do feel that the pacing in the book threw me off a tiny but it was still an enjoyable read. I hope these two plan on writing more books together!

Started out so slow and almost gave up reading bc I couldn't get into it. So glad it finally got interesting and that I stuck it out. Story was pretty good and am glad I pushed through 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 This book was so beautifully written. Trisha and Brynne are two of my favorite authors. They are excellent authors. Their writing is so beautiful. The details in every chapter. The ability to describe a scene and captivate you. The skill in creating a story and coming up with a wonderful book. With English as my second language, I always feel like these books are too 'educated' for me to an extent using such eloquint words, sometimes making it hard for me to read or understand the story. Ultimately, that is why I like these authors, which makes me a better reader. This is a very dark romance. So dark and twisted. Spicy chapters are very good. Some scenes could be considered very disturbing. But that's what I like, dark romance. Check TW.

Not gonna lie but this book cover completely sold me on this book hahaha. It is so gorgeous that I just had to pick it up! And I am so glad I did because I loved everything about this book. This is my first book from both of these authors but now I am obsessed and ready to stalk them on all their books! The writing is phenomenal. I thought I would get confused with the terminology in this book but these authors paint the picture seamlessly for you. The build up to everything is so good and not a detail was amiss. Jack and Kyrie's characters are super likeable. Both incredibly brilliant characters that have you rooting for them constantly even if they do unalive people. There is a fine line between love and hate these two prove it can easily blur. Truly that's all I can say without giving away the wonderful twists and inner workings of those who unalive people. Pick up this book while I go read the rest of their backlists!<3

Dark romance. Wow. About ten years ago in the month of November during NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month...a challenge to write 50k words in 30 days), I wrote a story I tentatively titled 'Ms. B." It's about a middle-aged woman who kills young female runaways, grounds their bodies to mulch, and uses it in her prized flower garden. I share this to say that Marrow has a scene that is eerily similar to one I wrote in my story. Granted, there are enough differences that neither I nor Beyond nor Tricia knew of each others' works. BTW: mine has never been published. In fact, after writing the scene, I was so horrified at myself by what I had written, I completely abandoned the story. To this day, I remember with perfect clarity what I wrote. I've always believed that if I ever let anyone read that story, especially THAT scene, that I would be institutionalized faster than I could say "Ms. B!" But now, I read a similar scene by an author I greatly admire, and I can't help but wonder if I should, could, reopen that file on my computer and finish the story....

I loved this book. The chemistry the detailed that they put in about anatomy and the forensic aspect were fantastic. The story line and the feelings of a man who thought he couldn't feel anything. Oh the whole thing from start to finish was an incredible experience and I'm so sad that I had it in my TBR pile for soooo long! I will read anything from these 2 authors they are on a pedestal right now!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

kyrie and jack are pure chaos, and I love every second of it. like jack literally can’t get her out of his head and turns his entire greenhouse into a shrine to her eyes after claiming he hates her. i LIVE for it. kyrie roth's my queen, there's just something about unhinged women that i love so much ♡

Then stuff her in a freezer just to see her in a calm state.』 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 This book is amazing. We are following two highly educated and intelligent professors. They are rivals but why? What they will do in order to remove the rival from university? When did they meet for the first time? Can their past be connected? At first we have intriguing dance of two predators one of whom should leave the territory. Later it’s a nice thriller with fast approaching catastrophe. Dr. Jack Sorensen is a grumpy of the university. He is a very clever man with interesting hobby which brings him trophies to his collection. Add to the mix his handsomeness, wit and desires and we get one of the best men in this criminal dark romance books (i think). He has an obsession and it’s simply beautiful and heartwarming. And Dr. Kyrie Roth is an university sunshine who has kind words and smiles for everyone, but her traumatic past and strange relationship with Jack sour her mood. Unfortunately for him she has ideal revenge prepared and it’s even cold like he prefers. When sexual tension is added to this dance of rivals we get explosive situations; situation became worth when agent FBI starts investigation. Will this agent find something? What’s the original plan he has? So many unknowns about this guy. So it’s a simply amazing story. I devoured this book in two days but i forced myself to put it down.

MY MOST FAV TROPE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -She falls first and she falls harder -both are serial killers -He would kill for her but she is ready to kill and die for him 🥲😭 -Not too dark like Mindf*ck but dark in just perfect amount
