Have a sportsman's back issue? This might be the answer for you! My husband is a golfer and has done spine surgery years ago. He is constantly changing his pillow and it is "better" until it is not... That usually take a few weeks then we are out looking for a new pillow again... He couldn't tell what is wrong exactly, only knew that something wasn't quite right... until I found this pillow! Years ago my chiropractor ordered me a similar type of pillow with a dent in the middle but the quality is nothing like this one. I have tried to convince him to use mine but he said it wasn't supportive enough. Since he have this pillow he has not complaint about his back and his sleep quality has greatly improved. It took him about two weeks to get used to it as he didn't use it right until he found out that one side is lower and the other side higher. After he knew what works best he started to love it so I tried his pillow for an afternoon nap and I can't believe how comfortable it is and how my neck is "settled" with this one! Going to order one for my daughter who is an ice skater. She has serious back issues over the years of ice skating trainings. Her pillows costs more than $180 for a tempupedic or a high-end foam but I think this one could work ever better as the dent in the middle allows her head to rest without resistance. So happy that we found this pillow ! It is a rare find and now my husband no longer needs to change his pillow frequently and he fell asleep easily with this one!

This is probably the fifth or sixth memory foam pillow I’ve bought in the past few years. When I was back in my home country, I had always used memory foam pillows too. Although it’s not the most expensive one I bought, it’s definitely the most satisfying one. You’d think that those fancy pillows priced over $50, would be better, but that hasn’t been my experience. So when a friend, who also has a sore neck and shoulder from long-time sitting like me, recommended this pillow, I was quite skeptical. If the pricey ones didn’t work, how could this one be? I was also concerned about the shape—it’s different from traditional pillows, and I wasn’t sure how comfortable it would be. But when I received it, opened the box, and let it "breath" to rebound, I could immediately tell that the quality exceeded my expectations. The density of the memory foam is really impressive for this price. As a side- and back-sleeper, I find this pillow molds perfectly to my head and neck, providing just the right amount of support. Even on the first night, the unusual shape didn’t feel weird at all. The balance between softness and firmness is perfect. I am so happy that I no longer wake up with a stiff neck or sometimes pain at the back of my head. I've been using this pillow for over a month now. I wish Amazon allowed me to comment on how durable it is in one year or two... Nevertheless, I’m so happy with it that I ended up buying two more for my family!

Initially, I found the foam too hard and dense, and the neck area too high for me as an Asian with a petite build and a short neck. I used to rely on rolled-up towels to support my neck while sleeping, but as a side sleeper, the towels often lost their shape and support during the night. Before discovering the Zen Bloks I tried various pillows and rolled-up towels, none of which effectively addressed my neck tension and arm problems. After using the Zen bloks for a few months, I've noticed that it has adjusted to my height, and I've experienced reduced arm numbness and less neck tension. This pillow works well for me, and I plan to continue using it, recommending it to friends!

They are nice pillows but don’t feel like the line up correctly with my neck when sleeping on my side. My husband, a back sleeper, finds it comfortable but for side sleepers it’s uncomfortable.

I had two very expensive Ergonomic Memory Foam pillows. I used them because I paid for them. They were never really comfortable and probably made things worse. I picked these Zen Bloks on Prime Day and I couldn't be happier. They are comfortable, the harder core inside the one side of the pillow supports my neck, and the divot allows my neck to rest comfortably without needing to first deform the pillow. I don't get the low reviews, those people should understand that there is no one size fits all for anyone. Yes, the side with no 'core' is very soft but that side might be best for someone? I like the side with the core that makes the area under your neck just rigid enough to allow your head to sink into the pillow and create that pressure relief in the neck area. My wife and I both love ours, they have improved our sleep and how we feel when we wake up. Your mileage may vary.

I bought this pillow because I cannot seem to find one that allows me to sleep well. I had a crick in my neck when I ordered it and I ordered it based on 5 star reviews. My neck pain became progressively worse until I removed the pillow. It is comfortable when you lay your head down but during the night, I woke up in more pain.

I purchased this pillow with high hopes, but I’ve been sorely disappointed. It’s incredibly uncomfortable and provides no support whatsoever. It feels like I’m sleeping on a bag of rocks. The material is scratchy, and the pillow loses its shape within days. I wake up with neck pain every morning. Save your money and look elsewhere for a comfortable night’s sleep.

Quality sleep is very important to us and we tried many pillows out there and all the pillows from Costco. Many of them were soft or fluffy but did not provide the needed neck support. The memory form type pillow gets too warm after a while. A friend recommended us this and with Prime free return, why not, we gave a try and ordered a firm and a medium density. They quickly arrived two days later in nice sturdy boxes. The pillow has two sides which one side is lower for front sleeper like me. My wife took the firm one as she sleeps on her side. The shape of the pillow is like a shallow bird bath and it gently holds the head and neck in place. They are comfy! So far we have been enjoying the sleep the pillows provide. I bring it down to during the day on our living sofa for afternoon nap. Now it passed 30 days return period and we will keep them for good.
