๐ง Master your irrigation game with smart, efficient flow control!
The Rain Bird CPF100 is a 1" in-line automatic sprinkler valve designed for residential and light commercial irrigation systems. Featuring a female threaded inlet and outlet, it offers precise flow control to prevent misting and optimize watering. Its reverse-flow design enhances reliability by preventing flooding during diaphragm failure, while the Buna-N diaphragm ensures durability in harsh water environments. Energy-efficient solenoid technology reduces power consumption, making it a smart, durable choice for below-ground installation.

Made a Z-wave controlled valve using this
Utilizing this valve to control some soaker hose I have in a garden bed. I got threaded fittings to go from the npt thread to garden hose thread and affixed unit to my hose bib. Then ran a length of hose out to gardens bed where it connects to soaker hose. Bought a 24vac transformer that plugged into a zwave controlled outlet, ran some thermostat wire from transformer to valves, water proof wired nuts and viola! I have a zwave controlled valve so I can water plants remotely and even setup a timed scene. I do need to keep hose bib on but that's not a big deal. I do want to get a backflow preventer installed for the hose bib. But valve has been working great so far (2 months now) and I like how I can adjust flow on valve.
