Great monitor, this is our second one so we have two cameras in each room. Both cameras are shown on one monitor. This was lucky as our 1st monitor got smashed by one of our lads. So the 2nd worked for us fine. That was until it wouldnt charge / screen wouldn't function. Reached out to support and they where brilliant offered some troubleshooting tips, these didn't work so send them a short video and advised screen/base was faulty so posted out a new one week later it was with us, fantastic service from them. As you can use an app on your phone we just used that until the screen was delivered. Image quality is great in daylight and night vision, can have various setups so it alerts to crying etc. Highly recommend

To be frank this baby camera is fabulous, it’s helping me a lot to look after my little one. The motion sensor, baby crying , and the speaker works awesome. I tried 2 other models from different company and the outcome was not much as expected even though it was very costly than Boifun. It is very easy to setup and the settings are very easy to understand no complex connections. The monitor is so simple and controls are easy. Night vision works very well. It has a decent battery backup. You can play light calming music through the camera which helps a lot to make my baby sleep for longer, it has a nice light around the camera which is very helpful in dark room. When comparing to other models I used the sensors in the camera quickly catches the movement of my baby and notify it in the monitor ASAP. The mic quality is crisp and clear. The main thing I need to mention is the customer support of the brand. Recently I faced a problem with the camera , when I informed the team the support I received is much appreciated, they suddenly provide with a replacement I wasn’t expecting that. I never received a support like this from any other company and the replacement came 1 day after that. The problem sorted so fast Really thankful to the Boifun support team. I totally recommend this camera for new parents and those who looking to keep an eye on their baby when they are away . It is an absolutely life saver . Am attaching some images below

Easy to set up, great set of features, solid range, nothing to complain about. When ours developed an issue after a year or so of use, the customer support were very helpful - shoutout to Emily who arranged a replacement device and was very responsive. Certainly recommend!

I’ve been really impressed with both the monitor and, especially, the customer service. The monitor has great quality, easy set up and the motion detection is such a great bonus. Unfortunately we needed to use customer service but Chovy were fantastic from start to finish. They responded quickly, were friendly and helpful, and arranged for a replacement to be sent out without any hassle. They even went above and beyond. It really showed that they genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the product. Problems can happen with any product, but it’s how a company handles them that really matters, and I honestly couldn’t fault the customer service we received. They made what could have been a frustrating situation really easy and stress-free. Really happy with the monitor and would definitely recommend the company based on our experience!

The camera quality is really good after having a tech camera and monitor which broke. The set up of the camera is really easy and the app via WiFi is really convenient. We had a very small issue with the monitor and contacted the aftercare team where Chovy was very responsive and arranged a new monitor to be send asap. Thankyou for your help Chovy. Really happy with our purchase.

I wanted to have this for a considerable time before writing a review to give it a fair chance. Honestly, it's not been a great purchase overall. The idea of the camera on the wifi is great so that I'm not constantly carrying a monitor around. However the monitor kept disconnecting which was increasingly frustrating. It usually stayed in one place. I contacted customer support and went backwards and forwards for around 2 months, troubleshooting before they eventually provided me with a refund for the unit. This was very testing with a young baby to say the least. Whilst I sourced a replacement product, things got progressively worse. The camera kept disconnecting and the app started to take forever to load. It was quicker to walk to my baby's room to check on them than it was to wait for it to load. Finally, the camera stopped working completely. The product in itself is a great idea, but the execution needs some work. In hindsight, I'd probably have spent my money elsewhere.

This has a great picture quality and really excellent customer service. However I did not give 4 stars due to the connection issues I have experienced in my house while using the monitor as my little boys room is abit further away from us. The WiFi works perfectly however but that means having our phone on the app all night. When I raised this with customer services they were very nice and helpful. Overall an excellent monitor with very good picture quality display if your house is not too big and you want to use mainly the monitor over the WiFi.

Great Item. Allows the opportunity to use with monitor alone or through Wifi on phone. Good connectivity, imaging and sound quality. Was very impressed with the customer service team in particular with Emily who assisted me with my query. She was prompt and was able to provide an excellent resolution in a timely manner without delay. Her customer service and support was exemplary. Great baby monitor with excellent picture quality. The 2K camera is very clear, and the 360° rotation with auto-tracking is perfect for an active baby. I love having both the LCD monitor and phone app option. Night vision, sound detection, and two-way audio work very well. Easy setup and reliable performance — definitely recommend!

When I had my first I did a ton of research and got the boi fun camera. I loved that I could use the handheld monitor or my phone even when away from my house. So when I found out we will be having two under two I was just going to buy a second camera until I saw they have a set that you can watch two feeds at once I had to get it. I love the new green design which is taller and lighter than the older model. The camera is silent when turning but crystal clear when speaking through intercom. I love the large range of motion as well as the new upgraded motion detection system which is a huge bonus with my older now in a toddler bed and able to get up and about so its nice to know when hes awake. The app is great and pulls up the cameras super quick and as an added bonus I now have three cameras I can switch between. The monitor has an upgraded battery life and works really well. I love the option of muting the sound but still getting an alert if there's noise.

Compré estas cámaras hace dos años y las sigo usando. Antes de comprarlas compré dos o tres marcas diferentes que me habían recomendado y acabé devolviendo porque de todas había algo que no me gustaba, y eso que no eran precisamente baratas; al final compré estas que eran totalmente desconocidas para mí pero q me parecieron la mejor opción tras un amplio estudio de mercado que hice (puedo decir q bastante a conciencia). Siempre he estado muy contenta con ellas, funcionan genial de día y con oscuridad, con una resolución increíble , tienen suficiente rotación y cogen mucho ángulo de la habitación. Para mí era importante que se pudiera usar con monitor y a través del móvil y han funcionado siempre genial. Además a mi bebé le encanta la música que tiene la cámara. Nunca he usado la función de grabar ni de poner tarjeta, así que de eso no puedo opinar. No soy muy de escribir reseñas de productos pero este me ha parecido que merecía la pena porque recientemente he tenido un problema con el monitor (me empezaron a dar fallo algunos botones y el de apagado y encendido) y el servicio posventa me ha atendido de diez. Me han mandado un monitor completamente nuevo que funciona a la perfección y estoy encantada. Siempre he pensado que eran un poco caras aunque estaba feliz con ellas pero después del servicio que he recibido tras de dos años de uso diario creo que merecen mucho la pena.

Telecamera molto utile, la utilizzo ormai da un anno e mezzo. Molte funzionalità particolari tra cui: luce notturna (scegli tu il colore), temperatura ed umidità della stanza, alert di movimento pianto e rumore (si può scegliere il livello di sensibilità), microfono bidirezionale, musichette rilassanti, possibilità di micro sd per video e foto. Il baby monitor ha una buona portata. La visione notturna è molto buona, così come quella diurna. Plus che oltre al baby monitor wireless c’è la app che permette di controllare completamente la telecamera anche da telefono. Design super cute. Ho avuto bisogno di assistenza dopo un anno e mezzo dall’acquisto e mi sono trovata estremamente bene, super disponibili efficienti e veloci nel trovare una soluzione (grazie a Chovy del team di assistenza clienti BoiFun).
