This case is sturdy, feels weel built and fits a standard albuterol inhaler with room to spare.the adjustable carry loop is a nice touch and also feels pretty secure. Unfortunately, it's bigger than I need so I will be returning it and keeping one of the smaller options. For reference, I am including pictures of them side by side. This item is the larger of the two. I am also sharing a picture of the carry loop for thia one, because I think ita highlight for this product.
